The worst. One time my mother who doesnt speak english went there for a dental appointment and the dentist took out the wrong tooth! Then they tell her why didnt you say anything. How rude. Isnt the job of the people who provide the care to know what their doing before they do it? Of course we couldnt afford a replacement and so she lost an extra tooth. Mind you she is an older woman who doesnt have alot of money. Very unproffesional. You book an appointment just to get there and wait an hour. If thats the case why waste our time when you can tell me to come later? If I had the money I would find a better place to get healthcare. Sad place

i dont usually use the phrase complete ineptitude, but i honestly think its fitting to describe the performance of 90% of the employees at this place. literally the only saving grace is the girl on the front desk who somehow manages to still smile and be helpful when she has to pick up the flak for the constant flow of unhappy patients. she deserves a medal, most of the other folk there deserve to be unemployed. i would implore anyone who can afford to go anywhere else to do so, its almost as if they pride themselves on delivering the worst care possible.

It seems that this community center under paid and for sure over worked healthcare providers have the habit of always being rude with their service partners on the phone. They do not greet, sometimes introduce themselves and NEVER EVER close a call properly. The words" please" and "thank you" are completely absent in their vocabularies. This unprofessional behavior is a constant observed in dozens of phone calls received from this facility.

Inept, definitely is a good way to start describing this organization. Leadership begins at the top and sets the example and expectation for how operations should be carried out. Something as simple, employees actually answering phones, would be a good start. However when this need cannot even be fulfilled. A company will undoubtedly continue to have multiple layers of ongoing concerns and instability.

This place is awful. Completely unprofessional to the point of ineptitude. I have been going here for years and have an important prescription with them. Whenever I try to renew it, I have issues with them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Im not one for writing negative reviews, but Ive really had it with this place. If youre thinking of becoming a new patient here, do yourself a favor and dont.

You can never reach them. I cant reach thr front desk for the life of me! They suck at communication. I made about 10 calls to reach the medical department and the prescription department and still cant reach them. They have flaws in making sure thier paitients are 100% taken care of.

The FRONT STAFF NEEDS TO BE PROFESSIONAL...their lack of professionalism is an embarrassment for the Hispanic community. Its unfortunate because the physicians are good.
