TERRIBLE. As said in previous comments, the staff is rude and clearly doesnt care about their job. I have had so many negative experiences in this place I dont even know where to begin. I had two kidney stones and (learned afterword I had all the signs and symptoms) and the doctor had no idea what was going on. I eventually had to go to the ER because the pain was so severe it was causing me to be physically ill. On top of that, every time I tell the doctor any concerns or questions about something they whip out their PHONE AND SEARCH ON WEBMD FOR ANSWERS. What the hell?! I have never in my life been so shocked and horrified because they clearly had no idea what was going on. Also I recently moved out of state for school and the office told me I could simply go into any pharmacy (under my insurance provider) and refill my prescriptions with ease… NOPE. When I called to tell the office about this and to look for answers a woman rudely told me "We cant send prescriptions out of NH or MA so you need to find a new doctor." These people are incompetent and have absolutely no idea what is going on and I wouldnt trust them even the most minor of health issues. I have received much better treatment at walk in clinics.

A very pleasant environment for the patients. Front desk receptionists are very courteous. They are very friendly during office visits or over phone when I call for appointments or for prescriptions. Dr. Kodali and Dr. Sai are very friendly and take special care of patients. Even if I go with a cold or cough, they take time to checkup not only for that particular sickness but also discuss about other medical conditions from annual checkups to see how I am doing. They explain about the medical condition and how to take care. They allocate decent time slot for each patient and don’t rush. I come out with a smile after every visit to Pelham Healthcare.

Horrible. Ive been a patient for 9 years (not quite sure why I stayed so long) and have never been spoken to so rudely and disrespected in my entire life. This woman would constantly make comments on how if I didnt lose weight I was going to lose my husband, how I had put on weight without looking at my chart saying I had LOST weight and coming to conclusions about things I hadnt even spoken to her about. She would constantly treat my like a child talking to me as if I was about to be reprimanded by a teacher or a parent. Im so disgusted that this woman is still allowed to be working with the public. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Was tested for an infection and THEY DID NOT TELL ME I TESTED POSITIVE FOR THIS INFECTION. As a result I became extremely ill. when I returned for my follow up I was told that I wasnt actually sick that I was depressed. After switching doctors I IMMEDIATELY had to receive a VERY AGGRESIVE treatment because the infection went on for so long. I now have PERMINATE DAMAGE from this infection no one told me I had. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Very scary year for me. DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS A WARNING.

Big Dissatisfactory experience ! I went to get my moms Xray done and no one from office ;doctor or staff called to check and confirm the results .. I was promised to be contacted in 24 hrs and no one called for a week . Then I called thrice on 8th day and they said they will check and call back but no call back!! I paid for the visit and Xray but they wont call and say what is the result .. They dont care for any sickness and illness of patients ...Highly unprofessional and waste of money!

I was a patient here for years, but stopped going around 2011-2012 because Dr. Kodali would consistently invite interns into the room during my exams without asking my permission first. I liked the nurse practitioner, but it appears that she no longer works there.

Completely disappointed in this place. I believe that Kodali is a good doctor, but I am not confident with her practice. Her nurse practitioners are seemingly inexperienced and some of her receptionists are horrendous. Its a shame.

Outstanding staff. I have seen Dr. Kodali for a number of years and she absolutely wonderful - caring and competent. The best Doctor I have every had.

they dont listen to what you say and they will not prescribe medicine that you really. they seemed to think I was lying about everything.
