lchc is a really i waste of time and really unproffesional the last past few weeks i been having problems with this clinic especially trying to help a mentally and physically disabled person, yesterday i had a problem trying to schedule an appointment and i told them that my client needs a doctor as soon as possible he hasnt had a doctor for about a year some how they did not try hard enough they said that they needed to wait about 6 to 8 month for a doctor and wait on the waiting list they said that they had missed about 8 years of his appointments wich he had a doctor where he was living in but he moved back down here in lowell it is not his fault this is why he is a (Disabled) person this is why he needs help atleast like im trying to help this person get to his appointments wich is very important. & this is not only the problem i also had family members in this clinic for a very long time and they are not here because they had complaints & also i just recently i had a girl friend applied here at lchc and they turned her down because she wasnt fit for the job ???????????????????!!!!!!!!! okay they told her yeah you have an interview on wednesday april 13 ?????? THEY DID NOT BOTHERED TO CALL HER BEFORE THIS HAPPENED, my girlfriend called to see and make sure she was scheduled for tomorrow and they said yeah we unfortunately have to turn your application down because the manager did not feel she wasnt fit and she put the effort trying to get a job here she went to school graduated as a medical assistant and she has friends there that dont have experienced and went to school and graduated at the same time she did and are working there now............ they did not gave her the interview she couldnt make it because this waste of time mistake they made and because they felt like it they havent seen her they did not get to see her either ? Thats messed up.

Im pretty sure that at the beginning when this clinic opened its doors, each and everyone at this facility were, professional, nice, patient,friendly, caring. Since time has gone bye all I have seen are awful as well as negative comments about the clinic. I have my family member at this place and Im sad to say that its true. The customer service sucks when your there in person, and over the phone is worst since they cant see you and you cant see them. Ordering refills take about a week if anything, most of the time they just dont put anything threw. Any appointments if your child is sick you need to wait 2-3 days to be given one. Ive known patients who have there PC doctor here and they have left the clinic and not notified the patient at all. This is a health center, that most of the Lowell Community depends on, Yet most of the doctors as well as staff have forgotten that thanks to all there patients, they actually have a job. Courtesy , politeness, friendliness, manners, should be something already learned and established at this clinic. Maybe Human Resources should double check all employees on board and explained again the rules of customer service and what it means.

If I could rate a zero I would. Honestly I am so upset with this place. First of all every single time that I call, someone is either RUDE or sounds like they are SLEEPING. My calls are always transferred to a nurse and they say the nurse will "get back to me," but days will go by and I never received that "call back". They are terrible at helping me out with my refills or simple with scheduling a visit. I just had an inciedent last week were I called on Wednesday to get a refill and when I went to my pharmacy on Sunday to pick up my medicaton, the pharmacist informaed me that they never recieved a refill order from my doctors. I called the following Monday, FOUR times and my refill was still never sent. The fourth time I called on Monday the person who was speaking to me had the nerve to say "Weve been getting a lot of phone calls so some things are more important than others." That put my anger over the top with these people. End of story my refill was never sent to my pharmacy until I called back on Tuesday. This place needs to get their act together, they are working with peoples health but CLEARLY some things are more important than others. VERY disappointed.

This is the most god awful place on the planet. If you want to waste your day away waiting to be called to apply for health insurance, this is the place you want to be. And when i did have health insurance, some of the "doctors" and medical assistants are extremely rude and judgemental. One medical assistant gave me an attitude for wanting to take a pregnancy test while i was on birth control just to be safe. Are you kidding me? No one in here genuinely gives a rats a$$ about any of the patients, everyone wants to do the work as fast as they can so they can get home, everything is half assed. Dont waste your time here. No wonder they have security guards in here i can totally see why people probably flip out and start screaming at the staff this place SUCKS oh yeah and it take an arm and a leg to get a f**** referral so you can start going to a BETTER MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CARING DOCTORS OFFICE. Dont waste your time this place is like an endless void dont get sucked in

I have never come across a more disorganized group of doctors!!! Every time I go here I wait OVER an hour for the doctor to even come into the room to see me... And thats AFTER I wait 15-25 minutes to even check in to my appointment! This is infuriating, especially being sick and having an appointment time that is COMPLETELY DISREGARDED by the staff! So unprofessional! Oh and if your sick need an appointment, you have to wait for a triage nurse to call you back to even schedule your appointment. It says youll get a call back within the hour, BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS! I wait to speak to someone to schedule the appointment, then I wait to check in (deli counter style), then I wait over an hour to be seen! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! HIGHLY DISORGANIZED! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE UNEDUCATED UNPROFESSIONAL FOREIGN DOCTORS! IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!!!!!!!!

hello,i just wanted to add a comment here because im reading all these reviews and its pretty sad,ive been coming here for about 5 years,i was very sick,something with my liver,i was a lil worried because i spoke to a person before i went here,and she said that i shouldnt go here,especially if my problem was life threatening,and it was,so i decided to give them a try,since i have no car,its close to home,so all i really want to say is,they saved my life,this place has everything in it,i get blood drawn here,i see a liver doctor here,i see almost every doctor i need,unless i need an ultra sound or xrays of that nature,my opinion,they are awsome,thank you guys for being there when i needed it most,im still going here,ive never waited more then 30 minutes

Worst place in the whole world when I say this I mean it. It was so unprofessional and everything was slow and unorganized. My son had an ear infection and our appointment was at 9:30. We came in and got a ticket and were only 2 numbers away and it took nearly half an hour to get sent up. Upstairs we waiting for a whole hour just to get called in and then say they had no rooms. After they got us a room the nurse assigned to us literally sat outside of our room laughing with the other nurses. Everyone that worked her was underage immature and didnt even finish there training. The Dr took long as well because they were all having fun laughing out there. No wonder people hat this place its horrible.
