Went to Concentra Prov for a physical, TB test, & drug screen for work. I was DREADING going there based on these Google reviews. I dont understand them, at least based on my experience. I was in and out w/ everything completed in 2 hours and 10 minutes, without an appointment, and the place was pretty busy when I visited. Everyone who helped me was really friendly regardless of being stressed. The place was super clean and updated, comfortable waiting area, clean restrooms, etc, coffee, tea, and water in the waiting room. Just treat the people helping you w/ respect and they will do the same. Advice: call ahead to find out how many doctors are on call, that might help figure out wait time.

Dr was very rude and did not seem to care about my injury. She seemed as if she just wanted to get rid of me and collect her check. Not personable at all. Waited 3 hrs for 5 mins of dr service. Once discharched she refused to sign any documentation regarding my status to my personal work insurance. After explaining 3 times that it was required for work compensation she then told me to bring in paperwork. Worst dr experience ever!! Thumbs down. Do not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! went in for a company drug test that took 1-1/2 hours. I noticed other people doing drug test come in and out. I ask after the 2nd person and was told I should be next then immediately called up to sign per work that shouldve been taken care of to get called. This place is unprofessional ans a joke..Receptionist talking with a guy that work there LOUDLY about personal things. Im glad I NEVER HAVE to go here again!

There hole staff treated me like a felon they search me made me pee multiple time thinking Im cheating or hiding something then I do the eye test and the physical where IDK if there suppose to touch you in your private part to just tell me they dont feel comfortable giving me my d.o.t test because I was holding my pee for an hour plus im sorry not all people can pee on command terrible made me really feel uncomfortable and like a criminal

I dont understand how this facility obtained even one positive review. The girls at the check in counter were very short with me, border line rude. Then they commenced to engage in unbelievably unprofessional conversations with each other and hanging up on customers several times. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to be treated like a refugee and wait over 2 hrs for 5 mins of service.

The absolute worst. My last Vist there I had to inform the PA that I wanted to be released despite any symptoms that I was still having. All three of my visits were extensive unnecessary waits in the waiting room. Then the time between being seen in the room and being checked out, forget it!! Their system is very poor. Someone seriously needs to look into it!

For an urgent care this place isnt fast enough. First of all the employee on front desk was very rude, I had an appointment for 1PM and wasnt taken care of until about 3PM after all that time wasted waiting I had to wait even longer for a doctor to see what was wrong with me. I am never coming back and this place definitely deserves a one star.

Service here is great- I forgot some of my medicine needed for an exam, and they were very helpful in helping me order it to a nearby CVS. This was 3:30 on a Friday (closes at 5) and they still helped. Aside from that, the facility is very clean and seems well taken care of. All the staff Ive met are friendly.

I went in around 5:30pm and was told they werent taking anymore patients , the waiting room was completely empty and they close at 7pm. The Hispanic lady at the front was very rude and told me to go to the downtown office. I would suggest never going here....ever!

For an appointment at 9:30 they called me in at 11:15. what a ridiculous, ignorant service. Dont go there!!!! Very disrespectful !!!!! Very disappointed!!! People who came after us were called ahead of us. We had to cancel a road trip.

Waiting for over 2 hours to be seen, this place is terrible. And their motto is "Treated right". The receptionist keeps saying just a few minutes while people who came after me are going in... I will never come back here again.

I was only here once recently for a drug test I needed to take for a job, but the experience was pleasant. The staff was friendly and informative, and it didnt take all that long for me to be seen and do what I had to do.

I never been here. Went to have a drug test done. Was checked in quickly. Was seen within 15 minutes. Person who called me in was phenomenal, Very friendly, I had a great conversation with her about personal things.

Didnt even get seen told me up to 3 hours wait for what was gonna be a 5 minute visit. The receptionist gave me a attitude when I said I wasnt gonna wait that long. They are not as good as everyone claims.
