This is an amazing organization that does health work abroad that literally saves peoples lives in the most impoverished and desperate circumstances. If you want to know more about their work, read "Mountains Beyond Mountains," a book about Dr. Paul Farmer, the founder. 92% of all donations go to those in need. I saw people saved by PIHs work with my own eyes. I cant understand these other reviews, but PIH is well known in global health as an innovator, fighting for peoples rights.

They spend a lot on things that are not necessary. they moved to expensive Prudential instead of spending the money on saving peoples lives
