My 13 year old daughter went here for an abortion a few months ago because she was raped at school and she was at no point in her life to have a baby or even give birth. I know because of her mental health issues she Couldent even handle being pregnant (we thought about adoption at first) ..... Anyways me and her had several long talks and we both agreed that abortion is really all we could do at this point. In order for her to feel better about her choice she requested to keep the fetus in the box and bury it. First off they made us pay $260 out of pocket at we appointment, AFTER we were told this would be covered by insurance due to her age. And worst of all when I asked for the fetus the doctor said "we threw it out" and my daughter started crying... The nurse then chimed in "it was 9 weeks old it doesnt even look like a baby yet, why would u need to take that home anyways" Needless to say I do not suggest coming here for abortions if u need one. Honestly I wish she didnt even have an abortion at this point cause she now regrets it. Not saying its a bad choice for everyone but seriously if you are looking to have one dont do it here they are horrible here.

Upon my first visit it was a bit difficult finding the place due to the busy area and little parking. A lot of my issues stem from lack of notification. for example, my first visit I wasnt aware of the deductible fee so i was not able to see a doctor my first appointment. Which was fine. Once I did have the money I set up another appointment the following week over the phone. Day of the appointment I came in however due to an identity issue with my insurance card I wasnt able to get what I needed done again. They exclaimed that the previous staff I talked to shouldve informed me but if I want I can pay out of pocket which is way out of my pay grade. I did not receive anything (phone call or email) regarding this issue before my appointment otherwise I probably couldve handled the issue. Personally I feel as if they are only trying to find a way to scam more money from me. The amount of time money and gas wasted does not equal the outcome and I do not plan on returning there

Hope I dont have to go there never again, I went there with lunch in my bag but I wasnt able to bring it in with me anyway that was okay so I sat down in the chairs next to the door and started to eat my strawberrys so then I can come in suddenly the security man kick me out talking to me like If I was a piece of sh.. t he was holding a slice of pizza in his hands and at the same time telling me that I am not allowed to eat there really dude ?? Thats how they treat the people who wants to spend money getting treatment, birth control or whatever ?? Because by the way that place is not cheap. After that I went inside the girls was nice I got my appointment but everything was rush talking with a cold nurse. My advice is go to planned parenthood in Medford they are kind and take their time and you dont feel unsatisfied with the money you spend there.

I had gone in a couple times when I lived in the area. Reception was not the friendliest, but Id give them a little slack with having to deal with so much ignorance outside. Props to the volunteer escorts. The medical staff was great though. Friendly and took the time to ask about whether you felt safe at home, etc. There was nothing about the reason I was there (general wellbeing check up) or anything physical to suggest there was something wrong, so I imagine they ask all their patients. I returned for an IUD insertion. The woman was nice and verbally walked through her steps before starting and along the way. It hurt, but thats not unusual for the procedure, and she made it known that was a possibility. I now have a PCP that also does womens health so I have not been back, but this is a good option for those who need it.

When you arrive, a volunteer walks you to the door and the security people are very nice and pleasant to interact with. The wait time for a walk-in was relatively short (about 15-20 minutes). It is very confidential because you give a number corresponding to the service youre looking for on a paper at reception, and only your first name and last initial are called when they are ready for you. The staff are very informative and welcoming as well as respectful and friendly. I had a great experience here and would recommend it for anyone looking for information about their health, for testing, or for other services. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Arrived at 510pm as it was open til 730pm. Went in with a fear of possible ectopic pregnancy and at 520pm I was told they were a little backed up and wouldnt see me because I was a walk in and they saw walk ins case to case of importance and when I inquired that a fear of ectopic pregnancy was important I was told "well we are a little backed up" there were 4 people including myself in the waiting room... glad to see they care if my fallopian tube ruptures..

Incredibly difficult to make the appointment! I called 9 times within a week, and I was left on hold for several minutes and no one actually picked up. When I made an online appointment, the reply message said " please just call us instead." It made me think : Oh trust me, I tried! Really frustrating.

A rose and a business card was handed to me (which made my day) by an old lady protesting about why she was against abortion and as soon as I got inside the building the rose was literally snatched out of my hand and thrown away. The guards are assholes.

The appointment was done in a rush. I didnt feel like I was able to safely ask about my concerns. Also, the STD testing was not for free even with the insurance. I had to pay about $40. I had expected a much better experience, it was disappointing.

This place has a lot of security before you can get in. While I understand that, they should really tell you about this when you make the appointment. I was forced to throw out my lunch in the trash before I got in! Very disappointed!
