$200 renewall cost $50 state cost to renew ------------------------------ $250/yr total FIrstly, i would like to mention the people expecting documentation and a thorough examination. The purpose of this establishment is too obtain amedical marijuana card. They do this very well and have awsome service. spent about 15min just talking to the doctor about various things . The two guys at the front desk were also very nice to speak with. We had a great conversation about the devistating effects opiates are having on this area . The crooked pharma industry that gets people addicted to these medications. Overall great experience but very pricey

When I went there I had already filled out all the paperwork ahead of time, I also had my license and any copies they needed, I had with me. But then the Dr. spent maybe 5 min with me and I never got any kind of brochures or pamphlets so I could read through it and learn more about it all. I was very disappointed in that fact and the fact that the Dr. spent maybe 5 min talking to me ! I went Dec.5th and they told me 2 weeks, Im thinking maybe because I had all my paperwork already done. So I emailed them and told them I havent received my temporary card yet, I left my phone #. I never heard from them!

Wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and professional. The Doctor was very nice and I feel was truly concerned for my well being. I received several informational handouts to help me with this process and guide me in decisions.
