Went here for a few years out of convenience for the location. I really liked my Doctor - but am SO HAPPY to never have to go there again - finally switched!!! The practice is the worst Ive ever gone to. Not because of the Doctors (although I can only speak for one of them), but for the customer service, the receptionist, wait times, list goes on. Almost every time I went, I waiting in the waiting room for a minimum of 30 minutes. When they finally call your name - they show you to a room where you wait for, no exaggeration, at least another 30 min!! Unreal. Forget about calling - the receptionist is rude and completely unhelpful. I called for some bloodwork results - and it took almost a week of me calling 2-3 times a day for a nurse to FINALLY call me back. I was beyond frustrated and angry with them. I was told by the hospital that I should be able to get my results later that day from my doctor - little did they know what practice I was dealing with.

I switched to this Practice just under a year ago. My initial impression was that it wouldnt work out because I also didnt find the receptionist to be friendly/helpful/attentive. However, I had scheduled two appointments, one with each NP and both were fantastic. Since that time, I have had to call and schedule appointments and the person answering is friendly and patient. I have been a patient of this practice for over a year now and fully trust my care with this practice. Theyre great and am happy I made the switch from my former PCP. I would highly recommend this office.

Let me start off by saying that the doctors are good. Love Dr Chin, however, pretty terrible customer service. The receptionists never answer the phone or return calls. And it sounds like youre bothering them when you try to conduct business. The wait times are mind-bogglingly long. The other reviewers are NOT exaggerating. You will wait no less than 45 mins after your scheduled appointment.

This practice sucks and I am changing now! Calling for an appointment will 50% put you through to voice mail, they never call back. if you are lucky to get an appointment the waiting time when you get there has exceeded an hour and half sometimes. If you can avoid it dont choose them
