So i just got off the phone with a very rude Spanish receptionist named edna that hung up on me the first time i called. Then i spoke to another Spanish girl she said she was a medical assistant which is hard to believe, but she told me i have to wait 2 days until i see my doctor to get my diabetes medicine metformin!!!!! So there is no doctor on call??? This place sucks so bad i wouldnt recommend anyone go there. They will literally end up killing you WORST PLACE EVER

Im not from Brockton and apparently my insurance is not accepted here. So I asked how much would it be for me to be seen and was told $108. After the receptionist paid for her delivery order and walked to the back a few times I was given the clipboard and told to sit. Two minutes later she comes and takes the clipboard saying that because I have insurance I cant pay for it out of pocket... what kind of stuff is that??!??! I just cant!

Sent my mom to this hell hole, and she was greeted with "your late" multiple times, and then She was made to wait over an hour and half while having made an appointment. Mom left limping without being seen. If I could give them a quarter star I would!!!

Just got billed $229 for a 5 min visit with a PA for stomach discomfort. Talk only ... No xrays nothing and no prescription and thats with excellent Tufts insurance. Rip off! Stay awayyyy! Theyll never see that rip off money.
