Had to wait 30 mins past my appointment time just to get taken back to a room. Finally got in there, dr came in for not even 2 minutes and was in a rush to "diagnose" me with a "bug bite." I told him I had the rash all over my body and all he looked at was the one on my head that was easy to see. I then mentioned my mom had a cancerous spot removed and was concerned with spots on my arm. He simply told me "use sunblock." Yeah ok I know that much, not to mention I am redheaded and predisposed to cancer!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst dr ever and does not care about the patient!!! This is my second time going here and will NEVER go back!!!

Dr. Kien Tran is an excellent dermatologist. I do not choose a doctor who is the closest, funniest, or whatever. When this someone is looking for life-threatening problems on my body or cutting on me, I want a thorough perfectionist! For all seniors, a dermatologist will probably be in your life for its entirety. You need to find a good one. I was recommended to Dr. Tran by my dermasurgeon, Dr. Posten.

My friends have been here and recommended the skin doctor. I took my family south from Wylie and was quite impressed. The building looks very quaint and inside the clinic is nicely furnished. Staff were really nice and the doctor knew a lot and was friendly. Overall, I enjoyed the visit and definitely will be recommending my other family members and friends in the future.

I saw this doctor over Memorial Day week and overall was quite impressed. Drove from Garland. I got in pretty quickly and the staff and physician were jolly. He gave me some medications and since Memorial day, Ive gotten better and everythings treated. The office is in this yellow building that looks like a colonial house next to Lake Pointe Hospital. Very cool looking.

I live in Rowlett but travel between Garland and Rockwall and had a rash so stopped by. The staff was really nice and jolly and the doctor (Tran) was really kind. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable also. I will definitely be returning with my kids to have them treated in this dermatology clinic in Rowlett.

Dr. Tran was really nice and so was his staff. I live in Rowlett so it was great that the office is 2 miles from my house. He saw my husband and me. Overall it was a great experience and he fixed our issues. I will definitely be referring my other family members to see him.

This doctor saw me the same day that I called. After the drive from Garland, I was pretty impressed. The wait wasnt long and he was really friendly. The nurses were really nice too. The doctor knew a lot and treated my problem. I will definitely be coming back.
