The receptionist was pleasant, I went on the wrong day once and she let me in to tell me the Dr. was there only on Wednesdays. The door was locked for security issues but she saw who I was and remembered me. That was really nice. Dr. Kuruvilla was sweet and gentle. The Dr. Steinman that did MOHS surgery on a difficult spot under my eye asked several times during procedure if I was uncomfortable (so assistant could shoot in more novacane or whatever. He did a very good job with stitches, etc. in the thin skin right under my eye. I could have been scarred pretty badly by another Dr. but he was delighted with the results. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was He looked and saw I should have had painkilling medicine at home I take from a specialist for my back. I had been on a trip for two weeks and stayed in a house with about twenty people. During the stay, my meds walked out of my room and you cant get replacement meds. So he acted sceptical, scratched the hydrocodone I would have gotten for pain and I was in pretty much pain for a day or two because he cut a fairly deep hole and spent in total about 4 hours cutting the growth away with 15 stitches or so. I should have been allowed 4 or 5 tablets of something!! It was fierce but I wasnt going to beg!!!!!!

Pros: The office is timely and clean, and its easy to make an appointment. Cons: I had a mole removed (by a PA), and he left a little bit of it, even though it was only about .25mm wide. I also had treatment for a plantar wart, and it took a ridiculously long time to treat (6+ months). I ended up telling them what I thought would work, so we did that, and it was effective. Except for the PAs I dealt with, all other staff were decidedly not friendly. The last time I had my yearly exam, it was with a new PA - a different one from the person who treated my mole/wart - and she was quite nice, very professional, and thorough. I felt like she was someone I could trust. I called to make an appointment with her today, and she is no longer there. Ive decided to go elsewhere. The high turnover makes me uneasy, and the only person left in the office is a male, and I want my yearly exam performed by a female.

Posted a negative review a week ago. Tried for 4+ months to get it resolved. A few days later the problem was resolved. After reading employee reviews, and knowing that they deal with Medicare patients,; I can understand more about the firm. The employees may have some problems with the upper management, promotions, and raises; I dont see it as a serious problem; ar this time. I have raised my review from 1 star to a 3 star rating.for the Mesquite office. The Mohs surgeon is 5 star. His demeanor helps relieve his patients anxiety and stress. Dr. S. Is top-notch in my opinion.

I took my daughter here for skin care. The doctors were fine on site and contacting me after. I just did not like the first impression of the receptionist. Walk in and there was no warm welcome or even simple non complicated "hi" or "hello" I was greeted with "license and insurance" Who the heck are you...a cop? And on a Friday! She needs to work on her greeting and simple customer service.

Staff is unfriendly and impatient even though for all of my 3 experiences with them, each time I have had to wait to be seen for over an hour and a half. I should be the impatient one! Of the 3 visits they only have 2 on file...disturbing. Maybe insurance would like to retract the second visit? We will not be back..3rd time was not the charm.
