First time seeing Dr. Patel, asked several of my friends and I kept hearing Dr. Patels name come up. They were right.. .my 10year old daughter absolutely loved Dr. Patel! Even though I was in the room with my daughter, he talked to her, described what he was doing as he was doing it and made her at ease during the procedure. He is very friendly, clam demeanor and very professional. I can not say enough about how pleased I am with Dr. Patel and the treatment he provided for my daughter. We drove away and my daughter was amazed the doctor talked to her and how easy the procedure was.. she said she wanted to have Dr. Patel for her doctor all the time! Great doctor!

I just had my new patient exam with Dr. Patel and I was extremely impressed. He was not only friendly and caring, but he explained things to me about dermatology and skin cancer that none of my prior doctors had done. He didnt rush our appointment. In fact I had scheduled for a skin problem and he ended up taking the time to do a full exam and pointed out 3 suspicious spots that he removed and sent for testing. I have several friends and even my father-in-law that also go to Dr. Patel. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and Howsden Dermatology.

Dr Patel is very good doctor, friendly, well mannered and caring. He explains the problem very well and describes all the steps and treatments that he is going to follow. He is considerate about the budget of the patient too and often gives free medicine samples and the discount coupons for several medicines even the patient does not ask for it :). He answered all my queries and gave the best options also to choose as a friend or according to his experience.

The doctor was thorough in his explanations. My low rating is based on him telling me he could perform a procedure then when I scheduled it and had people take off work to accompany and drive me he then told me he could not. It ended up being a waste of several peoples time.
