It breaks my heart to write this review, I supported Dr. Rodgers for over 2 years. Her colleague, manipulated, lied, and put a rift between this patient doctor relationship. Let me state, do not allow Dr. Rodgers to refer you to her friend and partner. I appreciated Dr. Rodgers so much that I allowed her to care for my sons skin. I took advantage of many services. She did a poor job on my cheek filler both times overfilling, in which I am still waiting for it to balance out, its been over a year. Currently, I am having to file suit against Dr. Rodgers and her partner to recoup my approximately $3000.00 for services NEVER rendered and no one disputes they never serviced me. No contract was signed, but for some reason I have been harassed by Dr. Rodgers referral and colleague. I have tried to resolve this matter with out my attorney but have been unsuccessful. I would highly recommend you seek another Dermatologist. The staff is short often and never returns calls. The offices are clean but the waiting areas are small and over crowded. The wait is always too long. Never on schedule. When given prescriptions often time you are forced to support another of her friends and colleagues far out in Allen and the wait and response from the mom and pop pharmacy is extremely long. Unfortunately, incompetence runs deep from the staff and nurses. The turn over here is HUGE! Beware of the tempting commercials and niceities which diminish after your money is received. I wish I had taken my business to the North park area. Do not fall prey. I regret my decision to follow her instruction and introduction to her friend. I will notify all professional entities of what transpired between myself and Dr. Rodgers. I will get my $ back plus all fees due me. This is the case of the Dr. Trying to bully the patient with intimidation and excuses. People take my advice never walk away and leave your hard earned money in their pockets. Always fight because far too often bad doctors take advantage of innocent unsuspecting patients. Heres what happened to me. Dr. Rodgers sees you, diagnosed you then sends you to her collegue and referral. Then this person pitches a procedure only Dr. Rodgers can do. Next I call Perla sp?? Addison front desk to schedule the procedure. At this point Pearla tells you she cannot take the payment here and to call this other person to pay and then Dr. Rodgers can do the procedure in her Addison office. So my question is, but I only want what Dr. Rodgers offers, but Pearla states you have to pay at the other location and then schedule for the treatment here with Dr. Rodgers. So I comply pay this other person. Next I go in to get the service with Dr. Rodgers, only she can do the procedure not the other person, she chooses not to proceed with this procedure, ok I agree, I do not need it. Heres where the game begins. I ask for my money back since she will not provide this procedure she says call this other person. So I do, but this person says he will not refund. And yes you read right, Dr. Rodgers did not perform the service and admits she declined to perform but she still feels she should keep my money without service. I only paid where she told me too but now there stealing my hard earned money with no service rendered. People run as fast as you can. She has my $3000.00. But is saying she doesnt. I am good friends with someone who moved out of town from here. Yes they force people to pay this other man and then she says you dont need the service and then they keep the money. Horrible!!!! If you tell someone you have to pay this other location for you to do the procedure but you decline to do the procedure then you say the other person has your $. The games of black medical people. People run!!!! Yes I got an attorney. Watch how this ends!!!!

Be VERY careful about asking questions once you are in for something else. Next thing you know they are doing a procedure without your consent and then you will receive a bill for that service as well. My daughter and I went in for a particular procedure which we already knew about and the cost. However asking about another spot in another area of our body, they decided on their own to treat it without our consent on the charges. We assumed it would be part of the same procedure we were already in for but unfortunately not. The Addison office is doing it correctly, my wife went over there and they explained to her exactly what can be done and how much out of pocket she would have to pay. Which allowed us to decide if we wanted to have it done at that time. Most likely will go with another Skin specialists in the future! Their way of resolving the issue was splitting the charges with me. Not good customer satisfaction!!!!

The service I got by the doctor was okay at best, she was super nice but really didnt take a good look at the blue rash on my forehead that made it look like I got punched in the eye. On top of that today I found out theyre charging me $172 for absolutely NO reason whatsoever, saying I went in for my appointment in the month of March in 2015 when it was February 10th, 2015. I remember it because I broke up with my ex literally 8 days before. Anyways, I dont get why they didnt call me or mail me directly rather than try and get around it. Thats not the best way to run a business. Horrible and will never recommend to anyone ever, ESPECIALLY after this $172 scam of trying to take my hard earned money when I paid out of pocket for my first and last visit in February.

After seeing multiple dermatologists in the area, and spending tons of money on failures, I found Skin Specialists of Allen. As a patient, I have taken time off of work, waited forever in other offices, only to be ignored once I was seen. I was overjoyed during my visit with the Physician’s Assistant, Sarah Sadiq! She came in, make eye contact, and listened to me. We discussed my treatment options (I was actually part of the conversation!), gave me her contact information should I need it, and I am actually seeing success from her treatment. Don’t go anywhere else but Skin Specialists of Allen! A.S.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for about 3 years! I never write reviews, but I have been so pleased that I couldnt not tell you how great this practice is. I have had acne prone skin since I was a child and Ive never been better cared for at a dermatologist than I have been at skin specialist. From the moment you walk into the beautiful space and greeted by the friendly staff, you know you are well taken care of. Also, I have to mention Alinza, who is always so thorough and caring. Check them out, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been to many places over the years for various cosmetic treatments, and I have to say Babette is the best I’ve had. It’s obvious she truly cares for the comfort of her patients.
