I made an appointment at Dermatology Specialists for my child to have her teen acne evaluated. The appointment process was typical with bookings a week out for first available appointment. The wait was what I expected; we saw the doctor approximately 25 minutes after our appointed time. Dr. Coury examined my child and prescribed a topical cream and an antibiotic for which I asked her to prescribe an old school inexpensive type- not a new extremely pricey designer antibiotic. We were asked to return in two months and given coupons and samples before we left. The appointment was a reasonable price of $125. I went to pick up the prescriptions which cost almost $400 for the topical cream and $800 for the antibiotic. I realize some people are willing to spend over $1000 on prescriptions to treat minor acne but a practice that prescribes these type of drugs are not for us.

We had a wonderful experience at Dermatology Specialists! Dr. Coury was wonderful and explained everything in such a way that we could understand and make an informed decision on treatment. The staff is very friendly and very professional!

I started here with B12 shots. I appreciate their flexibility with my schedule. Nice friendly staff. Watch for monthly specials they are usually pretty good.
