Worst Doctors expirence ! I was turned away for coming 20mins late. I was literally sitting in traffic at the light before their street for 30mins. I was unaware of the construction. Once I got there the guy greeted me and said your 20mins late. I said I am full aware of it. He said we might have to reschedule . I said well I really need to be seen because Im pregnant and Im having a break out. He said theres no other options we can schedule you Thursday. I walked out and came back 15mins later. T realize they were having a office meeting. I requested to never speak to someone about a complaint. I spoke with the "office manager" who said he will advise the provider. No concerns! I was disappointmented bc I have never been turned away by a medical provider as it was not like I was getting free treatment of they werent going to get paid! He asked did I want to be seen on Thursday and u said absolutely not I will never be bank. He said okay. If you decide to book with them expect no sympathy or customer service!

I made an appointment for 1:45. Called to get directions, and some lady at a call center refused to patch me through to the office, she read me Google maps. After showing up 15 minutes early I wondered around for ten trying to find where I needed to go. I finally find the doctors at 1:40 to find out I had been scheduled at 1:40. The front staff were very cold about me being late even after I told them I had no directions. After barely getting my name on the paperwork, the receptionist came to tell me that I would to reschedule because the doctor didnt have enough time. These people dont care about helping you, they care about getting their money. If I could give a zero star I would. Never coming back to this place.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I was a new patient. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. However, on the way I had various phone calls and got a ticket. I also couldnt find the building very well. So I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, but they considered me 25 mins late since they asked me to be there early. I was turned away and said we would have to reschedule. I explained what had happened, but they didnt care. I called to speak to the office manager. I couldnt get a hold of them because you can only talk to the customer service representatives. They also had no sympathy. Just find another place with some humanity. Youll be better off.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would!! -Terrible coustomer service! -Dont care about patients! -The doctor (Dr. Phillips) didnt even look at my problem she just decided to throw me on some random meds! Spent maybe 30 seconds in the room and ran out. I didnt even get a chance to ask her about my problems! -No one and I mean no one in the office was nice! -Could not get ahold of the office for important info on my medications! -Did I mention TERRIBLE COUSTMER SERVICE! If you are looking for a dermatologist or a good dermatology office DO NOT pic DermOne!!

The doctor is a kind and very helpful person. But some, not all, of her staff are unbearable. From the first day they let me know of the price of each visit, which I was fine with. Two months later they decided out of the blue, that the prices they charged me wasnt enough. I always paid upfront and now they say I have a balance due. They want to charge me more for the visits I paid for already.

I will never go back. They do not even deserve one star. All they are interested is getting their fee. If you see the actual doctor for more than 60 seconds consider yourself lucky. The staff is left to pick up the pieces without authority or decision making abilities. There are better alternatives out there.

The new American dream. Did absolutely nothing, not even a diagnosis backed up by ANY test whats so ever. BUT PROMPTLY TOOK MY PAYMENT. Got nothing for my hard earned money. I even had to ask for their "guess" in written form.
