Horrible experience! Tech would not allow me to wash my hands after giving urine sample for new job drug screen. She REQUIRED me to sign all of my paperwork before I could use the sink that I was STANDING AT. I asked her if everyone had to use that pen to sign their paperwork after using the restroom/touching their genitals and she said YES! Its company policy to sign paperwork with dirty hands! Made her retrieve a new pen for me. Out of curiousity I asked another tech on the way out and she was in agreement with me. I could wash my hands BEFORE signing. Asked for managers contact info and received 2 wrong numbers from her. Finally spoke with the manager, and then the regional manager: They are both in agreement with the tech that I you not wash your hands before signing! Both managers had a different reason as to why this is the case. Manager 1 said its because not all facilities have sinks/counters in a place where patients can wash their hands while the specimen is being handled by the tech. The Territory manager told me it has nothing to do with that, but rather is a function of not wanting to get a splash of water in my sample. Look. Im not a crazy person. I just want to use common sense. How many hundreds of people touched their genitals and then that pen? You want that rolling around your office? Youre worried about a drop of water that might bounce into my urine when the sink is on, but have NO CONCERN for that pen? Put up a barrier to block potential water splashes if need be.

Horrible. run from this one. they moaned and complained they would have to stay longer to get to me. I could hear the lady complaining loudly. the heavy accented man was lieing about contacting the doctor to verify something as I could hear the phone was not connected he kept saying come back tomorrow. I just left the doctors office who wanted the test asap to verify I didnt have some bad eye disease and was scared already and these a$$e$ didnt make it better. I immediately went to Quest and they took care of the test and didnt mention any verifying needed and were professional.. I was 15 minutes before closing and they didnt complain.

would give no stars if I could. Issue is not this locations fault rather the fault of the entire company. Aperently it is the companys policy to run any test they please, regardless of the test that is requested, without notification and then send you a bill for said test at roughly FIVE TIMES the price quoted to you. When billing was contacted to rectify the situation they were unbelievably obtuse. I will be posting again if I recive a resolution to this issue.

Im kind of surprised at the 1 star reviews. I have been going to this labcorp for the past couple of years and have had no problems at all. They have always been pleasant and done a good job.

Their website days drug test only after 8 m-f, but the lady on Saturday was not happy i was there before 8 (7:55 i was taken back). So make sure you know this, but other than that very fast.
