Disclaimer: This place is getting a 1 star rating only because I couldnt select 0 stars!! Asked about setting up appointment on way out after seeing doctor that ordered routine labs and was told to set up appointment on the website (in a tone that implied that supplying that information was an inconvenience for the person at the front to do). Set up appointment on website for a Saturday morning (since I work full time during the week) at the first available time which was 10:30 and had to fast for also. Arrived early for appointment and was told they were closing, very rudely. Explained I had an appointment, showed screenshot of the confirmation from the website as was instructed, explained labwork requested by doctor, person huffed and puffed and said to hang on. Eventually came back and blood draw was done but both people were extremely rude, did not give clear instructions/explain anything and acted as if doing their job was a tremendous inconvenience. Hope I never have to use this facility again! Utterly ridiculous treatment of patients.

This place is an absolute joke. First the tech in training stuck my arm three times without hitting a vein, after her supervisor finally decided to take over they only drew blood for one test. After being told the test results were still in process. I finally found out 20 days later the test wasnt done! The supervisor didnt follow the results. So incredibly aggregated since this test determines the level of medication I need. Extremely disappointing

The employee that was here today worjing the front desk was rude to the patients, unhelpful and did not give any effort in doing her job.
