I hate this location!!!!!! To start off, I get an attitude when I ask about picking up a test; "I dont know who that is, youre still going to have to sign in". Then not another word.... so I wait in the waiting room.... and wait.... and wait.... and wait! And when I brought attention to myself, I was told "make sure you sign in" What a joke this place is... on top of being outdated and inefficient, the receptionist is rude and uncaring. I guess its impossible for them to do two things at once. And a second visit confirmed that this place sucks! I waited 25 minutes to give them a copy of my insurance card and when it was finally my turn I explain I just needed to drop the copy off and the foreign male says "you need blood work?" I say no, he responds "whatever" and take my copy and not another word said....

I had to do two lab tests for my doctor and they got not one, but both tests wrong. Then when I come back to only pick the test kits up to retake these tests (tests you do at home), I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour. I had to take time out of my work days to pick up and drop off these tests on 4 different days and now I have to do it all over again, which is their fault but will not help whatsoever. Now Im using my only day off to come back to pick up these tests and wasting my entire day in the waiting room when all I need to do is pick something up rather than do a test there!!!!

Surprisingly dirty and unkept. Disgusting for any facility much less a medical office. Strong odor of urine(?) or musty body odor upon arrival. Staff appears unmotivated, distracted, almost grumpy. Lots of heavy sighs and yawns, no smiles, and no sense of urgency. The wait time could be cut by 80 percent with some simple procedural changes and customer service training. I guess with no other options for patients there is no motivation...

I made appointment online two days prior to the appointment. The location was on the third floor of a building, it appears old and out of date. Only one person was on duty. However since I had my appointment, I was called in within 30 seconds, and I am done in 8 minutes. By the time I came out, it was only 9 minutes total. It was a good experience to me.

Arrived and no one even spoke to me, I signed in under 8 other people sitting in the waiting room. Staff were chatting behind me the desk, but never a word to me. Talk about literally being a number. I left.

It 8:30 On a Monday. The sign says open at 7:30. There is a line of people waiting and no one is here.
