I had my blood drawn today and was shocked at the horrible attitude of the black lady who drew my blood. She responded to every one of my questions with a short, sharp-edged response. When I asked what all I was being tested for she responded sharply with, "I have no idea...I just do what this sheet tells me to do." So I rephrased the question and asked how much blood she was going to draw because she had prepared quite a pile of test tubes. And she responded again with "I have no idea...I just do what Im supposed to." So I counted up the vials laying on the table in front of her and said "well, it looks like there are eight of them...that seems like an awful lot!" To which she rolled her eyes and said in an indignant manner, "I draw 40 vials for some people!" I had my purse in my lap and had been looking on my phone while she was preparing everything so she said in a rude manner "put your phone away" and then it was time to draw blood. As she began to reach for my right arm, I told her that my left arm had a much larger and better vein, to which she retorted that "it doesnt matter...I can hit any vein"! So I repeated that my left arm had a much better vein than my right so I prefer that arm and she repeated that she could hit any vein but if I want that arm then fine. She drew the blood just fine...I didnt say another word as she filled the eight vials because I honestly was afraid to! Then she told me that I was done and thanked me for coming...which were the only pleasant words out of her mouth during the whole experience. It doesnt bother me much to have my blood drawn but I know many people who hate needles and blood work. This woman was extremely rude with a huge attitude so I would definitely recommend to steer clear of her if you need any bloodwork done, especially if youre not fond of the procedure!

Stopped in for blood work as I had a couple years ago. There was no live person, just a sign in sheet. There were only 3 other people in waiting area when I arrived. I waited 30 minutes and only 1 person was called in. I think this is outrageous. What happened to common courtesy? Where is a live person to let any of us know approx. wait time? I then called a different location & of course I never talked to a live person. I will go somewhere else!

Shame on Quest for not staffing this office appropriately. One person cannot enter the lab information and draw the blood and keep up with the steady flow of patients. I feel sorry for the phlebotomist that has to work there and I feel it is an insult to the patients that have to wait. Once your turn comes up, the staff is very competent and nice. Waiting over 30 minutes, even with an appointment is unacceptable.

Test could not have easier or more efficient. Had an appt and it was on schedule. In and out in 14 minutes. Technician was multitasking but could not have been more efficient or polite. Others in the reception area seemed satisfied as well. Have used this facility in the past with one of my sons and was always very satisfied with their efficiency.

Waited half an hour to be recognized. & then another patient walked through the door.. the employee almost took back the person who had just walked in first.. only to be refused a test because we didnt have an ID when i was just told to bring a form. employee was completely rude and didnt care about our inconvenience.

The kid who drew my blood 1) didnt take my advice about which arm to use even though Ive had blood drawn several times yearly for the last 20 years for this affliction, 2) was rough, 3) left a mound of blood under my skin that is very painful. I wont be back to this office.

Workers were professional. Had one vial of blood drawn for testing. Total time from check in to leaving the office was ten minutes on a Wednesday afternoon.

U cant have just one mean staff? Comn! Plus making appointments is not even worth it. She better not mess my drug screen up, I need and love this prospect!

I signed the paper and waited for 20 minutes and nobody came. Bad service ever. I do NOT recomend it at all.
