I was greeted when I walked in the door, taken to a room right after I signed in, blood was drawn in an expert-like manner, and I was walking out the door to my car in about 5 minutes. She told me the best way to avoid the crowds is to come in late in the day. Most people are fasting and want to come in early so they can eat lunch, so the early hours are the busiest. I got there at 3pm and there was nobody else there.

Even though the phlebotomist was there by herself she had a smile and a good morning. She was quick, efficient and so good I hardly knew she was drawing 7 tubes of blood. I am not an easy draw but she made it so simple I have had places including hospitals stick me up to 6 times to get blood I even had one blow up my vein and that does hurt so I know good when I have it:):):) Thank you for your kindness

Customer service doesnt seem to priority. I walked in and stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before I said "Hello". The woman that called back from the back of the office seemed annoyed and told me sign in and sit down. Then I sat for another 15 minutes and was never even checked in. I had a small window of time to get my blood draw and had to walk out.
