They need an option for zero stars. I went for annual health screening. Made an appointment. Took me 20 mins after my appointment time including taking 2 other patients before me without appointments. But that has nothing to do with review score. So I get in. The lab tech has no idea why I am there even though the appointment was made through my company portal on their site and showed what I would have done. The lab tech - Wanda - then starts saying that I must not have made my appointment right and I should know what I am having done. She continues yelling at me loudly about this for a few mins. Well she entered my info in wrong and then she finds it... I had a standing order also and she tells me she cant find that... and continues yelling at me that this is what I can expect making an appointment late in the day and that it was already past her time to be off. She continues to yell at me for the next 5-10 mins while she cant find any visit I have ever had to their location (been there at least 3 times - all with poor service but not this bad). You can really tell the great computer network Quest has because nobody can find anything.... So I tell Wanda - "Look I have had a rough day too. I will not be talked to this way." Not yelling at her, just matter of fact. She then smiles and say, "You are a big guy why dont I just call the police and have you escorted out of here." She then starts to dial 911. I then say, "Go ahead, you yell at me for 10 mins we can write something up about that." She then backs off and starts acting nicer - well not great but passably human. She draws blood, takes my height/weight and I leave. Hopefully everything I needed done was done. Reason more than anything I am writing this is to make sure this person has absolutely no credibility if she ever accuses anyone else. I could have easily been talking to the police for 30 mins about getting yelled at. Note: I did call Quest to file a formal complaint. They have no idea who the supervisor is at this location or when that person works. They are not even sure it is a "real" Quest location or contracted out. It took me 3 phone calls to Quest to even get this far.

I just left from this location after waiting for an hour and a half. I asked how much longer it would be and I was told they had no idea that there were only two people who work there. In the waiting room, there were others who waited over an hour past their appointment times. I left after they called people who came in after me - I noticed and others in the lobby also noticed. We saw this happen to many other people during my hour and a half wait - it doesnt seem to matter if you have an appointment or not, there is no rhyme or reason as to who they take and when. I was not the only person who left without my bloodwork being done (and I had to fast for 12 hours) tired after waiting an hour and a half. Do not go to this location unless you have your entire day to spend in their lobby. I was told yesterday they had people waiting outside in the heat as there were no available seats in the lobby, and talked with a few who left yesterday after waiting two hours past their appointment time. I agree with another woman who told them she would never be back to this location. Which is a shame as I can walk to this location it is so close to my house. Quest diagnostics, either close this location or hire more than two people.

This place is a joke. The staff is rude and the wait is hours to do anything simple. I waited 30 minutes for a drug test for them to tell me that they didnt do drug tests at that location. The next time I went to pick up a stool collection kit (hat, specimen cup, tongue depressor) and was told to wait. It took them 45 minutes for them to give it to me. There were countless people in the waiting room that walked out from having to wait too long when I have been there. Try to find any other place for your needs. Not Quest.

Absolutely ridiculous to wait more than 40 min to drop of a specimen! It took 10 min to pick up the materials the day before with no one coming to the window. Definitely make and appointment and make sure they give you everything you need before you leave without it. Best time of day is afternoon for less wait time vs. morning or have an appt.

Very positive experience. Was seen on time (booked 8 am appt online the day before). Staff was busy and focused (its not a fast food place where they greet you with smiles and a welcome! when you walk in). Lab tech was a pro. Painless blood draw and clearly loves what she does.

They had three people working, and three people in the waiting room for no reason!! i was hoping to get in and out quickly but the wait was SO long that i had to leave. Never had this experience at other locations. Very disappointed, wont be back!

Just had a specimen to drop off. Got skipped on the waiting list twice. Poor attitudes of the staff didnt help. Waiting an hour. I guess an appointment is necessary to drop off a specimen. Sigh.

I was very nervous about getting my blood drawn, but the woman was fast and professional. I was in and out in less then 15 min. If go in the morning you will have little to no wait.

Extreme long waits. Unhelpful people. Youd be better off going somewhere else even if it means an extra 45 minute drive. Recommend the new ballas office

I dont know when these other people visited but I was in and out of there in less than 20 mins. The staff was friendly and the location was easy to find.

Awful experience for kids. If you have the option, I implore you to ask your pediatrician for a different lab. Slow, painful and indifferent.
