I will not be returning to this walk in clinic and i will be sure to let anyone and everyone i know about the terrible experience i had today! The doctor was great! The nurse was amazing! But the woman at the front desk was so extremely rude and unprofessional! I feel so offended by this situation that i am in the process of trying to find a way to take action. The front desk receptionist was very rude to both me and my husband. I am sick & pregnant, tired and just want to go home.. so having the woman speak to me the way she did in front of my 5 year old son was unacceptable! There are just to many details to get into on this review but my advice to all who read these reviews... do not to go here! I can almost garruntee you will leave wishing you never came .. take my advice and go else where!

Me and my wife have been here a few times.. Todays trip (Mary) an African american receptionist was the rudest lady I have ever met.. With my son there and my (Pregnant) wife being sick. she gave her to worst attitude to the point I had to step in due to her unprofessionalism, after slamming the window in my wifes face while she was speaking. She then had the nerve to talk about us to another co-worker as she was still seated at the window.. She ruined the whole way I view that practice, even though the nurse was very kind to my wife. I do not recommend going here due to the fact the first person you see as you enter has a very poor and unprofessional personality!

The receptionist was fine. Two different ones (because I went twice) and both were nice. But the doctor experience was not helpful. Here I am so sick I could barely drive there, he knew I was alone and also knew my insurance doesnt cover much, yet he examined very little, asked some questions, and ordered tests that would have sent me to two different places and into bankruptcy. I ended up researching things on the internet from my car in a store parking lot, bought some proper foods, and took care of myself. Im still not 100% but at least I got a note to cover 3 out of four of the days I missed. Next time Im going somewhere else.

Misdiagnosed and misprescribed. Broke HEPA laws by taking a friend AND myself back into the room together. Never asked if that was okay either. Went to hospital the next day and they told me that the abcess i had had a high chance of going septic and i could have died. I probably would choose death over walking into that deathtrap again. A waste of $300+ between the visit and the ungodly expensive antibiotics i was prescribed. Which the hospital ALSO told me would not help with the type of infection i had. Way to go guys.

Worst experience at a clinic in my life. The receptionist was extremely rude, and I was shocked when they told me it would be $120 for the visit without insurance. I went back and complained about a pain in my side for the past few days. As soon as the doctor came back, she glanced me over and said "go to the ER". I spent $120 for them to tell me to go somewhere else. Dont ever go here because they will just take your money and not help you at all.

I have always had a good expirence here until today when the front desk woman was extremely rude to me and very unhelpful. I dont usually write reviews but the black lady sitting at the front desk is horrible. Thanks for making me cry and ruining my morning.

I have had to go here twice in two days and they have been quick, pleasant and have saved me a trip to the ER. Kitt, the intake nurse and the doctor have been very knowledgeable and professional. They are an excellent alternative to the local hospital.

This is the second time Ive been here and I always get here as soon as it opens so I can get in and get out. And this is the second time that when Ive arrived that the doctor is not even here yet. Ive been waiting 35 minutes now and have not been seen.

I had a ear issue and Im surprised I left with both kidneys. They hardly checked it and did not give me any directions for how to handle it. Very painful experience. Dont go.

No wait , Dawn and Erika and nurse Martha all made me feel better and got me in and out in no time at all. Nice and clean waiting room . Would highly recommend going there.
