My three children are patients of Dr. Hami, whom I have now known for eight years. She is, at once, professional, warm, caring, and an excellent health care provider. Her superb clinical skills, combined with her high aptitude for making children feel at ease in what can be scary situations, make her a brilliant Pediatric Dentist. As a parent, I enjoy her sense of humor, her keen understanding of what it is to be a parent, and her patience with my sometimes hectic schedule. I value her willingness to get to know each of my children individually, so as to know how best to treat each one. Her staff is equally as amazing. It is clear to me that she sets a very positive tone in the office. I highly recommend her, and have recommended her to many friends.

Dr. Hami is a gentle, caring, and incredibly knowledgable pediatric dentist. My two children have been patients for the last 5 years. We have all been very grateful for her expertise, kindness, and sincere interest in their dental health. We were, indeed, fortunate to be under her care when my youngest daughter had a frightening dental emergency....both of her permanent front teeth were knocked out in an accident. We called Dr. Hami late on a Friday night. She saw us immediately and calmly, competently wired her teeth back in her mouth. That was about 4 years ago. Although her front teeth are still a bit fragile, my daughter has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Hami. We will forever be among her greatest fans!

Dr. Hami was my childhood dentist, and she was great! She was patient and gentle and made the seemingly unpleasant experience of going to the dentist easy. And hey, I have zero cavities!! Also, I have to add that Im surprised at the review by "Megara," and I almost wonder if we even went to the same dentist?! Though I have to say, anyone who calls a professional dentist a "girl" and advocates having their child bite the dentist sounds like one of those overly entitled nightmare suburban moms. Hmm, do we really have those in Belmont?? ;)

I dont know why on earth she went into pediatric dentistry, she does not know how to work with children. Not nice and tries to strongarm children into cooperation. My child, who admittedly is difficult with dentists because of a strong gag reflex, and bit this dentist, and lord, she deserved it. She then tried to intimidate me. Oh, no, girl. Im the mom, and that makes ME the boss here. Even my other easy and doctor-loving child didnt like her.

My 3.5 year old has been for two checkups with Dr. Hami and I have been impressed both times. She is very gentle and understanding ; she explains everything she is doing (or is about to do) and interacts with the kids so well. My daughter actually enjoys going for her dental cleaning and checkup!
