After getting a significant amount of dental work done at Brookline Progressive Dental I felt the need to express my satisfaction with my experience. I am new to the Brookline area and havent visited a dentist in over 2 years. I knew that I had a significant amount of dental work to be done so I searched very hard for a dentist in the area that I could trust with my teeth. After settling on Brookline Progressive Dental I visited them for a cleaning. When I went in for my cleaning I didnt have to wait at all as they brought me back to the room immediately. They took all the x-rays I needed and Dr. Kwak came in and examined my teeth. After notifying me I had cavities that needed to be filled I scheduled follow up appointments to have them filled. They had available times in the next week and accommodated my schedule perfectly. When I went in to get my cavities filled I was naturally extremely hesitant. I do not enjoy getting novocaine but Dr. Kwak made it a pleasurable experience. She used a "dental buzzer" to distract me from the needle and was extremely responsive to my pain sensitives. Her work was extremely precise and the entire process went by smoothly. I had two more visits to get cavatives filled on the other side of my mouth and each time the experience was pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Kwak and her team to anyone that lives in the area and is searching for a new dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr.Kwaks for 8 years. When I found out she left her Newton practice years ago I was very upset. After my extensive research I found out she started her own practice in Brookline and I couldnt be happier. She is everything you are looking for in your dentist: honest, knowledgeable, caring AND funny! Her injections are painless, her bedside manner is top-notch and her work is superior. I was a dental phobia who needed lots of dental work before I met her but Im not scared of going to the dentist anymore. Her hygienists are thorough and knowledgeable. I got a cleaning done by Aimee last week and it was the best cleaning Ive ever had! The front desk staff is always friendly and informative. Iv never had surprises with payments. If you are looking for a honest, highly skilled and friendly dental office, GO HERE! You wont be disappointed.

My experience at Brookline Progressive Dental was ruined by a dishonest employee and a horrible billing experience. I double checked with both the dental office and my insurance to make sure they were in network for my insurance, and I was assured that they were. Its now over a year after my appointment and I have am recieving bills upon bills from Brookline Progressive Dental for out of network services. Now a different BPD employee has informed me that their providers were actually out of network and a "rouge employee" has been giving out false information to patients about insurance. My friend who referred me to BPD also had a negative experience with billing and follow-up.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Kwak and her amazing team. I had always been terrified of dentists but couldnt put it off any longer. Dr. Kwak is fantastic when it comes to working with patients like myself that demand extra patience and a lot of explaining. She is very friendly and does excellent work. I couldnt be happier with my new crown! The front desk team is always welcoming and helpful, giving excellent explanation about everything that has to do with payments and insurance issues. Always friendly and highly professional on the phone and in person. And I absolutely loved Aimee the hygienist! Best cleaning Ive ever had!!

I am extremely cautious with dentists and when I needed some very tricky restoration work (crowns) I received the best dental care and work I have ever experienced at the hands of Dr. Kwak. The crowns look 100% natural and I was so impressed with her knowledge and expertise that I immediately recommended Dr. Kwak to all of my friends and colleagues. She has also continued to give me the best preventative dental care I have ever received. I am confident that any future dental work I require will be given with the same honesty, expertise and utmost care that I am now accustomed to.

Brookline Progressive Dental Team is top notch! Their staff, office and overall atmosphere is amazing! You walk into the office and you feel like youre at a spa with the soothing music and waterfall to relax you before your appointment. The staff brings you back and takes great care of you, esp if youre dental phobic. I never had a dentist like Dr. Kwak, Dr. El Rafie, Dr. Bozarth and Dr. Bass that are so educated and patient. Their bedside manner is remarkable and I highly recommend paying them a visit. You wont go anywhere else because this can not be replicated!

Dr. Kwak and her staff make "going to the dentist" such a pleasurable experience! That hasnt always been the case in my life, and now Im more than happy to recommend the office to my friends and family. My mother still raves about how nice her teeth look and feel now that Dr. Kwak completed her restoration, and she hadnt been able ever say that before! They are true professionals that make you feel as comfortable as possible while you are there. The technology they have there is cutting edge as well. Thanks for everything youve done for us!

I have always been scared of dentists. I recently had a few cavities filled and a crown put in for the first time. I was nervous, but soon felt very safe and comfortable when i met the staff and went over the procedure. The procedure was painless and was completed without any problems. The team at Brookline Progressive are very professional, but are also very friendly and able to understand your concerns on a personal level. I can now say that I no longer fear going to the dentist thanks to the Brookline Progressive dental team.

This is by far one of the best dental offices around. Dr. Kwak is so skilled and has an absolute terrific attitude. The entire staff is friendly. Visits to the office are free of tension and fear and replaced with confidence and understanding of procedures. The whole family is going to the office and everyone now has very beautiful white and clean teeth without any problems. Not to mention the very straight teeth on the teenage girl who is so happy with the Invisalign! Cannot recommend Brookline Progressive Dental enough.

Dr. Kwak is the best dentist I have ever had, and this is the best practice hands down! Everyone is incredibly nice--from Caitlin the receptionist, to the hygenists, to Dr. Kwak. Dr. Kwak is also incredibly competent. With prothodontist training, she is exceptional at doing restorative dentistry. If this wasnt enough, the office is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is modern and top of the line with beautiful, big windows in every room. I cannot save enough good things about this practice. They are the absolute best.

I was referred to Brookline Progressive Dental Team about 2 years ago from a friend and I wont go any where else now! Ive had my fair share of Dentist who just treat you like a number and its the total opposite here. Everyone at this office is incredible nice and respects you as a patient. Dr. Kwak, Dr. Bozarth, and Dr.El Rafie have treated me well over the years. I always refer my friends to go see this team if they want a comfortable experience. Still the best place !!
