First and formost, Dr. Bajwa has her patients sign a form saying they cannot file a law suit against her -- this is a red flag as other dentists do not require this. Second, Dr. Bajwa performed an unnecessary deep cleaning. I am 21 years old and have seen dentists for routine cleanings twice a year for my entire life. Other dentists that I have seen are suprised that Dr. Bajwa performed a deep cleaning. She also did not prescribe antibiotics as a follow up to the deep cleaning which should be standard procedure. Lastly, Dr. Bajwa damaged two teeth. One on the interior side and the other below the gum line making both teeth prone to lodging of bacteria and thus tooth decay. One of these teeth now has a cavity. I went in for a routine cleaning and Dr. Bajwa said "Im going to do a deep cleaning okay..." without explaining what a deep cleaning was. She was rough and I bled quite a lot. My impression is that this is a malpractice. Dr. Bajwa is not concerned about the well-being of her patients, but instead concerned with maximizing the outpatient invoice. I highly discourage people to trust Dr.Bajwa with their teeth.

Dr. Bajwa is extremely diligent and caring with her patients. I went there for regular cleaning and a new crown. Her staff performed all the necessary x-rays. She spent a considerable time explaining the issues and the procedure to address those issues. When it came to numbing the tooth, I appreciated it very much that she gave enough time for the anesthesia to kick in before starting. During the procedure she was continually checking about my comfort level and was willing to give me a break in case I needed to rest my jaw for a few seconds. This is a big plus as I have seen some dentists who are always in a hurry to finish the job and move to another patient. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Bajwa. She is an experienced & knowledgeable doctor and makes a visit to the dentist office a pleasant experience.

In my experience, Dr. Bajwa is the best dentist in MA and RI, and I completely trust her with my teeth. I have been going to her for years. She is professional, knowledgeable, and gentle -- a hard combination to find. She always explains what shes going to do to my teeth and why. She checks with me if Im feeling any pain as she cleans my teeth or fills a cavity. She even made extracting a tooth seem almost painless (and, anyone whos ever had a tooth extraction knows that this says a lot). She prescribes the correct medication with clear instructions. She is very considerate; she called me after my tooth extraction to check on how I was doing. All in all, Dr. Bajwa is an ethical, professional, and experienced dentist. I recommend her wholeheartedly to everyone.

Unfortunately, I wasnt able to rate zero stars. Visited as a new patient in June, 2015. Cleaning consisted of merely a few minutes water jet pick of the teeth by the dentist herself, with no scaling or any other type of exam other than to advise of two recessions, one cavity, one crown being needed, and rescheduling new appointments to take care of that needed work. Based on my lifelong experience of having my teeth adequately cleaned, I visited another dental office where I did have my teeth adequately cleaned, and was only advised of a crown being needed, and no other work being required even when asked point blank. Needless to say, I wont be back.

My dentist retired so I needed to find another and i was nervous. Everyone in this office is so professional and nice. I walked in and the receptionist greeted me with a big smile and gave me forms to fill out , asked if i would like something to drink. Then i went in to have my teeth cleaned and again i was greeted with smiles , The dentist is so sweet and gentle that i left there thinking that i could very easily go back without the fear that i always have when i go to the dentist. Great experience from everyone I interacted with. Beautiful, clean office inside. I felt everyone was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Jessie at the front is very accommodating. Nina was in the room with myself and the doctor and was friendly and very professional. Would absolutely recommend!
