Dr. Klein is nothing shy of an artist and truly dedicated to his craft. He is passionate about what he does and it is reflected throughout the office and staff. In fact, if youre in the market for a dentist who is up to speed on all the latest and greatest in technology-look no further than Dr. Klein! That has always been a huge selling point to me as there are tons of offices in the area to choose from but how many actually practice antiquated dentistry??? More than you think. Dr. Klein built me the most perfect Cerec crown, aesthetically contoured my teeth for a more appealing smile and even worked on my bite alignment to relieve tension in my jaw. He is hands down the best bar none. He makes patients feel comfortable and at ease and consistently goes the extra mile. This is true for his staff also. Everyone in the office is helpful, positive and willing to help in any capacity. I normally would not be bothered writing a review in this type of venue, but after my experience at Cambridge Smiles I wanted to make sure perspective patients knew how stellar Dr. Klein and his practice is! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Ive been a client at Cambridge Smiles for about two years, starting with just routine cleanings, and recently, more involved services like a bite adjustment. Ive suffered from painful, noisy, jaw-clicking TMJ since I was in elementary school, and never knew that there were methods of alleviating this disorder. Dr. Klein took a closer look at my bite and suggested getting an adjustment, since only two of my teeth were touching when biting straight down. He worked the enamel down carefully on either side over the course of just a couple visits, and now ALL of my teeth touch and sit properly. Ive noticed less tension in my jaw, and find it much easier to chew. Eating has always been a pleasurable experience for me, but now its ridiculous. People actually notice the muscles in my face are more relaxed and my smile more symmetrical. A little bit of focused work and care went a long way. Eric Kleins office is a gem, and I look forward to doing more work to improve and maintain my teeth. The location is convenient, the team is small and personal, and they provide affordable services. I highly recommend Cambridge Smiles.

As a Google Maps Local Guide I can tell you this this place is hands down the BEST dental office in the area. Its worth noting that all the previous reviews say "he" & "him" because it used to be owned by a man, Dr. Klein who was also great. The current owner Dr Sones is a TRULY WONDERFUL DENTIST. The BEST dentist Ive ever had. Michelle is a wonderful hygienist, and the office manager (whos name is also Michelle) is really nice and very helpful. Its the kind of small business where they remember everyone and always ask about your life, a very comforting, homey environment. I am self employed so I dont have dental insurance and Dr. Sones is sensitive to that being a common issue for people (self employed or not) so she offers the Smile Plan, which is great! I pay one reasonable fee per year that includes 2 cleanings and floride treatments, all the necessary x-rays, and a 15% discount on any other work. As I ALWAYS point out when relevant, going to this business supports a small, independently and FEMALE owned business. You will not be disappointed!

I called Dr Kleins office after making numerous calls everywhere to get an emergency visit due to severe TMJ pain his office was extremely helpful & re-arranged appointments to fit me in. Upon my arrival I was greeted by his helpful courteous staff members & immediately seen. I have a phobia of dentists & not so good insurance but he was so gentle & genuinely concerned for my well being. When I needed to cover the cost of the piece for my mouth he went above & beyond to work it out & ensure a good nights sleep painfree for a change. I could go on & on by how surprised I am by how wonderful & caring this entire office is. I highly recommend them. I am actually going to schedule appointments for my children with him tomorrow.

I was very impressed with the care and craftsmenship of Dr Klein. His examination was very thorough and he was able to help me with jaw pain that three other dentists couldnt. His office is modern with all the new digital xrays. Waiting was minimal and my smile is terrrific. I would definitely reccomend Dr Klein and his hygienist for your dental needs.

Great place. Dr. Sondes took great care of me as a new patient, was clear and up front about pricing and recommended procedures, and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during the exam. Very pleased! Plus the view of Mass Ave from the dentist chair is pretty nice.
