I was referred to Dr. Arakelian and I couldnt be any happier. Everyone on his staff is extremly professional and focused on patient satisfaction. Here are a couple of examples. On one of my visits I had my 4 year old daughter with me. While in his chair his staff kept her occupied (drawing, coloring and chatting with her) and if she needed to see me they let her walk right in. Another one is my family was leaving for Disney World on early Sunday morning. I had an issue that needed attention before we left. I called the office at 4:30 on Thursday evening hoping I could get into see Dr. Karl. He was leaving for the night and had personal plans the next day and wouldnt be in the office. Needless to say I was disappointed because we were leaving Sunday morning and his office is closed on the weekend. After being put on hold for a couple seconds. I was told that Dr. Karl would call or text me first thing Friday morning (his personal day) to meet me at the office. I dont think there are that many professionals in any field that would delay some of their personal time for patients/clients. This is why you should look no further than Dr Karl in searching for a dentist.

Dr. Arakelian has always provided me with impeccable service, professional, thorough, and caring. The hygienists are outstanding, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Everyone there treats the patients like an old friend and really cares that you are satisfied with their service, which all stems from how Dr. Arakelian sets the tone himself. After doing an invisalign treatment elsewhere, I was slightly underwhelmed by the results not because it did not do the straightening trick, it did, but because a couple of my front teeth had staining that overshadowed the newly accomplished straightening. Dr. Arakelian fixed all of my cosmetic concerns as well as repaired old fillings in these teeth that were causing the stained appearance. He did this all in one-fell-swoop, matching the colors beautifully and assured me if after a few days I needed anything tweaked I could come back free of charge! I have not needed to go back because his work is so superior that he got it all right in one shot. THANK YOU, DR. ARAKELIAN!

My family has gone to Dr. Karl for over 10 years. He is terrific with our kids and we all really appreciate his kind, gentile manner and extremely competent approach to family dentistry. He has an excellent, caring staff that goes out of their way to accommodate their patients. Dr. Karl keeps up with the latest technologies in dental care and offers services such as one-visit Cerec permanent crowns with no impressions nor temporary crowns. With the dental complications I have had, I very much appreciate his skill at solving complex issues quickly, painlessly and cost effectively. Due to job changes, weve changed dental plans a few times and his office always figures things out with the new plans. My whole family has been very happy with Dr. Karl and his staff, and we will continue to heartily recommend his practice to individuals and families looking for great dental care.

There is not doubt in my mind that Karl Arakelian is the absolute best for your Dental needs. I came to Karl with a broken tooth that another dentist had performed a root canal on. I had concerns about the tooths viability and had no confidence in a quick resolution. Karl was wonderful - he assessed the situation and quickly decided I needed a Crown. He prepared the tooth for the crown painlessly and used digital pictures to send my needs to a lab. Nine days later he cemented in the permanent crown. He is professional, explains things so you can understand them and most of all is very patient oriented and gives you the confidence you need. All of the staff members are professional and treat you with respect from your first phone call and every office visit. They are friendly and pleasant and answer all of your questions.

I have been going to Dr. Arakelians office since I was 18. First I had his wonderful father and now I have Dr. Karl. He is great dentist that has kept his practice up to date and progressive since he took over. He is a compassionate dentist, and takes wonderful care of his patients. When my mother could no longer get to the office for her check ups because of illness, Dr. Karl came to her home to clean her teeth. My mothers teeth were very important to her so this was very special and so appreciated. She passed that feeling on to me, and I am thankful that Dr. Karl and his staff can care for my teeth the way I want them to be cared for. His staff is wonderful and it is a happy and positive environment. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of the Church Street dental office for more than thirty years. I have found Dr. Karl to be a man of great expertise, kindness and compassion. The dental and office staff are very professional, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Dr. Karl and staff do an excellent job of explaining needed work and give realistic expectations. Procedures I have had done include cleanings, x-rays, crowns, restorations and night guards fittings. Having no outside dental insurance, I participate in the Church Street Dental Plan and believe it is a great value. This is very important, as dental hygiene is key to over-all health. I travel 45 minutes for my dental appointments, and believe it is well worth the drive.

Dr. Arakelian has been my dentist for as long as I can remember, and hes achieved the seemingly impossible - he makes me look forward to a visit to the dentist! So much so, that when I moved to Austin, Texas 3 years ago for graduate school, I never even bothered looking for a new dentist there. I simply time my cleanings for when I am home for a visit. Id say my commitment to coming to him all the way from Texas is testament to Dr. Arakelians abilities, friendliness, knowledge, and good humor. Its always nice to see him and his staff, and to leave with a prettier, healthier smile. I recommend him without hesitation.

I have finally found a dentist and dental office I really like. It has taken me years with lots of trial and error and now Im thrilled to have found Dr. Arakelians office. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. You feel at home in a comfortable office on the ground level of an old victorian house. The dental hygienists are seasoned professionals and highly qualified. Dr. Arakelian made me feel at ease and Im happy to say I no longer dread going to the dentist! If you are looking for a change or havent been to the dentist in years I would highly recommend Karl Arakelian.

I have been going to this practice for 37 years as far back when Karls dad was practicing. I cannot say enough good about Karl and the office staff. Karl is genuine and is excellent at his craft. He has been there for me every step of the way especially when the "chips are down." Lucille, his hygienist, is superior at what she does and the best there is. The office staff, Paula, Marlene and Cindy are so warm and welcoming. Everyone in that office makes you feel like you are part of their family. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
