This is the worst place to get your fillings done and also poor service. My mother had her filling done November 2016 and unfortunately on Saturday August 12 2107 the filling fell off!! I have never heard of any filling thats fallen off so soon. It wasnt a year either. So August 14 booked an appointment for my mother. They said she will have to pay $85 since the dentist will have to examine her. She reached Avlon and was greeted by a new dentist. She took her inside and said "well do an X-ray " my mother asked her if theyd charge money for that. She said "dont worry about the money" . Now what is thats supposed to mean??? A patient wants to know if she will have to pay for that. Why is there a vague answer! My mother said the new dentist started explaining to her the new method of fixing the gap and that was by placing a cap and so on and that itll cost $1100. My mother refused to do that and said she wants the old way like how the dentist had done last year. And that shed like it to be done free of cost because there is no way that a filling is supposed to fall off so soon. She was brought to the front desk. My mother asked if she could meet the previous dentist who had done her filling. This new dentist yesterday said she might have her schedule next week and went in to check and never ever returned back. My mother waited there for an hour. They would come and peep if shes still there, they wasted their time but didnt come with an answer. Later this man comes to her and repeats the same thing. And tells the other coworker "show her the video of the new method". When anyone says no. It means no! They kept on repeating the same thing. What we wanted to know is if theyd do the filling free of cost because no filling is supposed to fall off that quick. This clearly show the composite was of poor quality or the dentist had no skill. Im astounded by the horrible customer service. My mother called my dad to talk to them on the phone with the man there because she isnt fluent in English. He repeated the same thing. This shows how they want us to pay again for something that we deserve it to be free of cost. He also said "come with your wife next day". My mother wasted her time just sitting there like she had nothing else to do and she was so tired that she finally left. My parents are not going there until they call us and come up with a solution and reach out to us because its absolutely absurd of them to go off the topic and talk about some new method whereas we dont intend to pay a single penny. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Lets see, first I called and spoke to Ben on the phone who was absolutely delightful to speak with. I went in for my appointment, and had professional care by assistant Katerina. Dr. Misculin explained everything to me. I needed 3 crowns to be done in order to save my teeth. I am very grateful to Dr. Misculin for providing a good care of me. It was 3 appointments altogether and every time I came I didt have to wait a minute! My doctor took me just-in-time which is a great benefit for me. Like I said, I would recommend this place without hesitation. These guys are professional!

I just booked an appointment in the assembly location to get this issue hopefully fixed. I got a implant done here about 5 years ago was told it should be sturdy good quality ect. Recently have been getting pains on the side of my implant and a bubble on my gum. I went to a different dentist and was told the doctor did not do the implant right and they would need to go back in there and do this procedure over. I have an upcoming appointment with the assembly location, since their affiliated I hope they figure this out. I do not recommend getting implants done here no matter how they juice it up.

Dr. Micheal Ofir is one of the most caring dentists I have ever been to. He recently did an implant on my husband and it was so nice when we got a call from him and not his receptionist or assistant to check up on him later on that night. The office has a very pleasant environment and we had a really good experience there. His expert advice was very good and he was able to explain everything to us very well. Thank you Dr. Ofir for your excellent care!

I wish there were more stars that I could rate this wonderful place and office staff. I had a pleasant experience with this dental center. Doctor took his time to answer all of my questions and was very gentle during dental implant treatment. Now I have 3 implants done. I never felt one bit of pain during the entire process! No pain, no stress. All time I felt I was in good hands. Look like a natural teeth. I love to smile again!

I have had nothing but a beautiful experience at this office. The dentist(s) and their assistants are all competent, friendly, and sympathetic. This is "hands down" the best dental experience I have ever had in my entire 37 years being alive. Thank You, Avalon Dental, for being so wonderful in every which way!!! I went in not knowing what to expect. I was very nervous. I hate dental visits. I have never ever felt comfortable with a dentist. But 5 stars, excellent! Staff is professional, friendly and caring. Doctor is very through and highly informative with all my questions and procedures. Made me feel almost at home! Im very impressed. Now I have perfect dental crowns. Highly recommended!

I definitely feel that my doctor cares about my comfort and long-term health.Dentist explained everything very clearly. I was also given payment options which was beneficial
