Terrible place I went to the Somerville location my " Second Time " and I had fillings done , I am sensitive with my teeth so I took it easy nothing hard nor sticky. trough-out the long weekend of labor day, 2 of my filling came out painfully how? I DONT KNOW. I called to be seen promptly customer service suggested to go to the emergency room. I waited out the weekend, here is Tuesday. I told them that the first time I have sent my self the made a hole on two of my teeth this time they closed the hole but the filling came out . I requested to see a doctor with more experience. they said the only have ONE doctor in their office . I told them I do not feel comfortable and I already paid for my service. they said the have a different location in revere ma but that I will have to pay again. I found this absurd. I then tried to book my appointment the same day after 4 they said that they only have 3 pm. I said while you where seeing me she was seeing 2 other patient " why would it be a problem to see me ? I am an emergency of the malpractice they committed. there response was ( I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU ) he he :). I was seen by DR.LII female Asian I think women. barely talks never smiles always serious doesnt make you feel secure. another thing I wanted to put out there. while I was doing my filling I was literally CHOKING could not breathe because her assistant was not there to hold the thingy that takes the saliva out the mouth as I am not able to swallow all she said was " BARE WITH ME" I could not take it I could not breathe so I pushed her and dropped everything she had in my mouth all she say what happened. TERRIBLE LOCATION

This a horrible place to go for a dentist, I have had the experience of going to this dentist and the first time everything was fine and then after that the second time I went there, they made me wait over an hour to get my tooth out, I was tight on time to pick up my child and I told them I had to leave and I could re schedule again... Happens I didnt because I dont like this dentist at all. since then I have not returned. Today my husband got his tooth extracted and one of the doctors (male) did horrible job on him. He literally didnt let anything get to its time and on top of that he was hurting my husband when he was injecting the medication to get the area numb. My husband said he was extracting the tooth as if he were pulling a nail out of a wall! And now its been a few hours and his left jaw is swollen!!!! I can visibly see it. He has been icing 20 and un icing 20 and its not working!! That Doctor should get fired for a mediocre job!!! He should not be titled as a professional Doctor dentist. Thats no way to treat a patient in such a delicate situation. Also Im writing this review on his behalf because he cant speak English well, but that doesnt mean anything!! The point is that the male doctor is a horrible doctor

Stuck with them for 2 years- so 4 visits. Had a problem each of the 4 times. First two times, I got a confirmation call of my appt a few days before, I show up that day, and suddenly Im not in the system so i have to come back another time = major inconvenience especially since I took time off. This happened twice. The third appointment the hygienist was using his hands to apply the polish stuff, not that little spinning toothbrush-type tool. Which I thought was odd. Then later he flossed my teeth and missed in between a few, saying they were too tight to get in there with floss. Which, to me, is exactly the reason I SHOULD try to floss there. The fourth time, my insurance had changed, and they did not bother to call me and ask me about it. So I show up with my new ID card, and I was told they do not accept my insurance and would have to pay out of pocket. Helpful hint - this could have been avoided, had they tried to run my old insurance card prior to my visit, and maybe mentioned it during the confirmation call? I walked out and will not be returning.

Amazing experience. I have always been afraid of the dentist, but my perspective completely changed once I visited this location. The dentists and staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a caring team and professional environment.
