My experience in his office has been the best ever.I am a general Dentist from the State of Illinois, I attended a seminar on implants during the Mid Winter meeting by Dr.Paul Fugazzotto. I liked the way he does the sinus lift to place the implant, so last year I flew down from Chicago and had him do the same procedure on me. Since then he has done several implants on me. I have never felt this comfortable any time any where in any office as I do in his office. Dentistry is an art and his work lives up to that. His office is text book perfect. He is brilliant and caring. His great sense of humor puts you at ease right away. His surgical abilities are like those of a plastic surgeon. Most of all he takes pride in his work. I cant say enough about his staff, they are awesome.My personal observation is, they seem happy being there. I highly recommend him for periodontal surgery, bone graft and implants.

The good: The Doctor seems knowledgeable and has modern equipment. The Bad: The office staff was slow at getting insurance estimates ( several months). When they called me to confirm my appointment they reminded me I had to bring in my down payment however they asked me to bring in the full amount which wasnt suppose to be due until all of the work was completed. When I objected they said the work was going to be complete in the one visit which was not correct, the office staff called back and confirmed that it was a 2 step process and they only wanted the 50% deposit. I cancelled my appointment due to the deficiencies in the office staff. As a side note, the doctor wears goofy glasses which makes it difficult to make eye contact. The ugly: I was glad I cancelled, when I looked at the estimate again I realized they provided an estimate for a bridge when I wanted to replace an implant.
