The front desk people are very incompetent. I had a very bad experience with them. I was told my insurance was within the network and it turned out it was not and I was charged loads for two visits and therefore i changed my dentist. i was charged 3X. They have all the information needed to know whether ones insurance is within the network or not. That information was given to me by another dentist I visited. They dont care about the patient as long as they get the money. Not only that, I needed all the x-rays forwarded to my dentist and the lady on the phone sent email in the wrong address. I SPELLED it out with examples such as I for igloo and yet she sent emailed it to a wrong address. They also recommended me a filling which I didnt need at all. My dentist was like they were trying to make profit. So, there it goes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! DONT GO!!

The best! Their customer service goes above and beyond. I dont know where the bad reviews come from because they have always gotten estimates for me from my insurance and they fit me in 3 times so far for emergency appointments - and I have only been a customer since June - when my front tooth broke at gum line 1 day before my daughters HS graduation. My current dentist glued it in for the pictures but then told me that it would be 2 MONTHS before they could fit me in. Dr B fit me in the NEXT DAY! This place rocks and it is the BEST dentistry place I have ever been too - and I have been to many in the past. Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing experience at DentPlant. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the assistants on the back. Dr. McLaughlin, Dr. Tran and Linh are very attentive to their patients needs. They also see patients on saturdays and have an amazing orthodontist during the week. I would totally recommend DentPlant to my family and friends. They are the best!

Horrible customer service, dental practice does not guarantee work done, had a crown done less than two years ago with problems and they will not fix it. Prices are very high, shop around first unless you want to pay a lot and be on your own when something goes wrong. DO NOT GO HERE
