I never review anything, but I think Ive left reviews for Smiles by Rosie on every conceivable outlet available. I hate the dentist, Im neurotic about my teeth, and I still dont LOVE it, but lets just say that Dr Wagner and her staff makes it as pleasant as a visit to the dentist is ever going to get. The website says, "no judgment" and they mean it, there is no judgment, just a genuine interest in getting you the best possible care. The office is set-up in such a way that its not that awful sterile white of a doctors office, its quiet, and the lighting is very soft. Its the kind of place youd take a nap in if it werent full of dental equipment. Your cleaning is done by hygienists who are gentle and genuinely interested in your health and soothing any anxiety you may have! The doctors are very soft-spoken, calming, and lovely. The option for nitrous oxide ("Laughing Gas") exists for if/when you need to have work done and at any point, for cleaning or work, you are able to choose your own Pandora station! Every time I leave, I always comment on how nice everyone is and Ive been a patient for just over two years now! There has been almost no staff turn over, with the exception of people going on to pursue more education in dentistry, which I think is a massive testimony to the work environment and Dr Wagners character. Seeing familiar faces there every time I go really helps with my anxiety. There is absolutely no judgment and, perhaps what I appreciate most is the focus on self-care and the conservative approach to dentistry. Too often dentists are keen to drill, poke, replace, crown, etc. and the conservative approach is so refreshing and much appreciated!!! Highly recommend Dr Wagner and everyone at Smiles by Rosie!

Rosie and staff create an exceptionally calm, caring and comfortable environment. Ive been fortunate to have a number of good dentists over the years but my experience at Smiles by Rosie stands out even by those high standards. My experiences with cleanings at Smiles by Rosie have been very positive but I want to comment on the experience of a recent filling procedure. I have certain teeth that have always been especially difficult to get numb and Ive often experienced significant pain during such procedures. Rosie and her staff demonstrated both the skill and the patience to get my teeth fully numb and to minimize any other discomforts that accompany a filling procedure. As previous reviewers have pointed out there are many other ways that the Smiles by Rosie provides a uniquely positive dental experience from the friendliness of the staff to beauty of the facility to all the little comfort offerings: warm neck pillows, aromatherapy, choice of music etc. I am continually surprised and impressed by the extraordinary quality of the service they provide and I am grateful that they take my insurance. There may be a long wait for an initial appointment but that only reiterates how good this place is. It is completely worth waiting for and you will consider yourself lucky that they were taking new patients at all.

I had a great experience seeing Dr. Wagner at Smiles by Rosie. One of my fillings was bothering me, and after taking some x-rays with the coolest x-ray gun Ive ever seen (like something out of Star Trek) she took the time to explain to me what was going on and what I can do about it. I also learned that I have some extra bones in my jaw (a rare occurrence). This is something no dentist ever told me before! Celes did my cleaning, and it was definitely the best, most gentle cleaning Ive ever had. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep in the chair. I really like the personal touches at Smiles by Rosie. If its raining or snowing outside, they provide slippers you can wear so you can take off your wet boots or shoes. During the cleaning, they give you disposable sunglasses so you dont get blinded by that light. You even get to choose your own Pandora station to listen to while in the chair. I highly recommend Smiles by Rosie to anyone, but especially to people who dread going to the dentist or havent been to see one in some time. They are nice, friendly and live up to the "no judgement zone" philosophy.

WOW!! Smiles By Rosie dentistry was simply amazing!!! :) Dr. Rosie Wagner was very present and attentive, caring, thorough and kind. The dental assistant, Afsoun was fantastic - very knowledgeable and interesting She was so gentle, yet very thorough - She went out of her way to make me VERY comfortable - in fact I was so comfortable I was barely aware of having dental work done at all! And before I knew it - she had finished cleaning! I felt very relaxed and peaceful and I felt great afterwards - not stressed out like I have felt with other dentists. Really - it was like being at a spa - Im not exaggerating - massage, aromatherapy, sound of water fountain trickling, hot rocks, relaxing music - Im ready to go back to relax! I t is really beautiful to see someones dreams turn into a reality- and Rosies mission shines through with flying colors! I did a lot of research prior to my visit and checked out MANY other dentists= #1 choice was Smiles by Rosie Smiles by Rosie will not disappoint! I highly recommend :D

Ive been going to Smiles by Rosie for 4 years now. They are by far the best dentist(s) Ive ever had. Ive gone for everything from routine cleanings, cavities, and emergency root canals. They are always able to see me and always do a great job. For someone like me who has had harrowing experiences with sadistic swindling dentists in the past Rosie is a godsend. Theyre clean, welcoming, caring and I never ever feel rushed or taken advantage of. They really go the extra mile with warm neck pillows, custom pandora stations, and my personal favorite - the adult mobiles that hang from the ceilings. But the best part of SBR is that every dentist really cares that youre comfortable and getting the best treatment. Ive since moved to the south shore and i still drive an hour to get there every time. Id still go to SBR if I moved to Michigan.

This place is as valuable as an honest car mechanic. I was anxious about my appointment after not having been to the dentist for a while, but the staff put me at ease. After I let them know about my apprehension, they even gave me a neck warmer to help me relax before my cleaning. Dr. Rosie herself is kind and compassionate, and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions honestly. My previous dentist gave me tons of fillings and recommended braces to fix teeth that had migrated a little after I stopped wearing my retainer. I now wonder now if I even needed all the work he did on me (according to Dr. Rosie I didnt need any fillings), and after Dr. Rosie told me that I didnt need to do another round of braces, Im sure he was just looking for a referral fee from the orthodontist.

We have not had as good an experience in a dentists office as this one in a very long time. Dr Rosie herself and her staff went out of their way to make my 25 year-old cognitively disabled daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. The procedure went swimmingly and they knew exactly what to do to control her anxiety. We did not even had to resort to using nitrous oxide --which was the original plan. Our only disappointment is that my daughter lives very far from Dr Rosies office (Newton, no practical public transportation options) so we cannot change to her as a regular dentist, otherwise wed switch to her in a heartbeat. When was the last time any of you out there felt genuinely happy after a dentist visit? We cannot recommend Smiles by Rosie highly enough.
