Dr. Hernandez at White House Medical Center is atrocious. There is absolutely nothing clean or sanitary about this doctors office, including the practices going on, for example, my "exam" was done without any gloves on by Dr. Hernandez and the otoscope that was used to look into my infected ear wasnt cleaned from ear to ear, which has spread to both ears now. She also diagnosed me with bronchitis with out even listening to my lungs. Im shocked this place hasnt been shut down, I dont believe there is even running water, as in the sinks dont work if you were to try and wash your hands. Her "office" where her desk is doubles as the exam room which is also where the doctor keeps her DOGS. There is a very big communication gap with Dr. Hernandez and I applaud her for trying to practice medicine in a country other than her own but what she is doing is dangerous, also be advised she will have you sign a form stating that you cannot sue her for medical malpractice because she carries no malpractice insurance. Lastly, because of the communication barrier when I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy, I questioned one of the medicines and the pharmacist said "she prescribes that to almost all of her patients" it was a medicine to help with sleep and anxiety- symptoms I never said I had. This has been a very unsettling, peculiar visit. If you made an appointment with her and are reading this, call and cancel, I wish I had listened to the other reviews but I was desperate to find relief, which it turns out, I didnt.

SAVE YOURSELF I went to go visit Dr . Maria E. Hernandez for an annual physical and what an awful experience first off when you first walk in there its not friendly dogs are walking all all over the damn place of the medical equipment is so outdated that it did not give me an accurate result for my blood pressure and on top of that Dr . Maria E. Hernandez was extremely rude and wasnt understanding towards my disability which I explained to her that I have spastic cerebral palsy which causes you to jump when you are extremely nervous and she took me into the back room where you get the EKG testing done and she told me not to move but of course since I have a medical condition that causes me to jump when I become extremely nervous I moved one or twice and it causes to test results to come back a little off and when she found out that I had jumped she became extremely nasty yanking the equipment off for me embarrassing me and ripping up the test results right in front of me absolutely a disgrace wouldnt recommend this Dr. to anybody especially for somebody who has a disability

This is the absolute worse experience for anyone ! The staff are unprofessional, in sympathetic , and just plain rude. The nurse took my blood as I was already nervous and yelled "uhh ohhh I squirted blood all over the wall" I literally almost passed out ! She also smacked my arm like she wanted to hurt me ! My father spoke on the phone with the same lady asking if my results were back , the lady cussed him out saying we should have come along time ago if we wanted the results back in a timely manner. All we were doing was checking on the status , not demanding ! Also the Dr. left during my apt. to go to "Walmart" This place is an absolute disgrace and does not represent the "American/Southern hospitality I expected when moving from my own country ! BEWAREEEE CRAZYYYYSSS LIVE for this type of treatment

this was the only place that took me on short notice as a new patient. made an appointment at 9:30 didnt get seen until 11 when there was one other person in the office with me. Emotional support dogs in the office but the beds were in the exam rooms. they criticize you for not speaking Spanish, nurse and Doctor were gossiping about a former employee in front of me while I was trying to tell her my symptoms on their phone and everything. and didnt even help me with why I went in the first place. gave me a anti fungal cream for eczema which burned my face. so unprofessional. will not be back.

Made me watch her office so she could go home and feed and walk her dogs. Said the reason I had aches and pains was because i was too fat. Looked up my symptoms on GOOGLE while I was there! Wouldnt look at my husbands foot..said put your shoe on i dont do feet. I ended up having actual medical emergency with my gall bladder and my uterus because she insisted I was just fat. Wanted me to buy her weight loss plan instead of using my insurance. Shady AF.

I thought Dr. Hernandez was very thorough and took her time with me as a first time patient. If you dont love dogs, it might not be your cup of tea. I did not mind.
