Five stars for Dr. Kaye and the examining team. Whether I am examined by Dr. Kaye or Dr. White, I am never disappointed by the quality of the care and the time they take with me. They are wonderful. The only glitch, which has happened either two years in a row or two of the last three, is when I order my contacts. Because I typically wear only a distance contact (daily), I ordered a full year supply of those and a partial year of reading contacts. Yesterday I received my order and, once again, I received a full year supply of reading contacts and a partial year of distance contacts. Very frustrated that I am going to have to deal with getting the order corrected again. Update: I received a call from Skyvision and am very confident that the glitch is being rectified with little or no further effort on my part. Thank you!

Dr. White and the supportive staff at Skyvision Centers are wonderful. I have my yearly check-ups and except for slight changes in my vision, my eyes are healthy. This is important to me and to them. Recently, my eyes were very irritated and I decided to call for an appointment. They told me that I could come in right away if I was available. I arrived in the office about 20 minutes later to a full waiting room. I felt discouraged because I thought I was in for a long wait. Much to my surprise, I did not have to wait long. Dr. White makes me feel like he has known me forever. He is kind and attentive and gave me a thorough exam before deciding on a treatment. I was in and out of the office in no time at all. It gives me peace of mind to know that if I need them, they are there to help.

DO NOT GO HERE. This office is a joke. They forgot to finalize my appointment but "luckily" I got in, I was there for 1.5 hours just to get a prescription, I didnt like the office at all so I wanted to take my prescription and go and they tried to force me to get glasses there and made it hard for me to get my prescription and go. Then, they got my billing wrong. Then, they got my prescription wrong. The idiot doctor wrote it backwards and the office staff wont listen to correct it because they say the doctor wrote it this way so its right. They even said my eyes must have changed! What a complete scam!!!

I would not not recommed going this Drs office. They use a loophole in the law to keep pertinant information regarding your medical records from you (pupillary distance to be specific). Withouit this information you will be unable to order glasses online. This info takes seconds for them to record but they will not disclose it because they want you to buy glasses from them. I was able to call another Dr that i had seen in the past and they gave it to me right away. Stay away from greedy Drs with restrictive policies on your own health records.

I brought my diabetic grandfather in for an eye exam a recently. He is not able to get out of his wheelchair to walk at all. Each and every person on staff went out of their way to not only ask him if he would like a cup of coffee, but also how they could make his experience here as comfortable as possible. My grandfather loves coming back to SkyVision Centers whenever he needs to because of the staff and the way everything was handled for him. I would highly recommend this doctors office. They are nothing short of amazing.

Dr. White is outstanding! I was referred to him because of a cateract in my right eye by Dr. Trepke of Trepke Eye Care in Strongsville. I was very nervous and honestly very scared. Dr White was so professional and honest. He said to me that eventually I will need surgery but not now! He said to call for an appointment when I think my eye will need repair. Seriously! Who does that! God bless him and his staff who by the way was equally outstanding. I would recommend Dr White in a New York minute!

I got 3 emails followed by a phone call advising me of my appointment time and the importance of being on time. I was on time, however, I waited for almost half an hour to be seeing and I decided to leave since I could not waste more time. It would be nice if they are more respectful of ones time and commit to seeing you at the scheduled time. At least 3 people that came after me were taken to see the doctor. I will not recommend this place to anyone that value their time.

I have been seeing Dr. White since he gave me my Crystal Lens vision surgery and I think that was about 12 years ago. I wanted Lasik, but was too old for that type of surgery. Dr. White suggested Crystal lens replacement and It was the best gift I could give myself. He and his associates are the best and the rest of the staff are just as great. I cant imagine myself going to any one else.

This was my first visit to Skyvision and seeing Dr. White. Everyone in the office as well as his assistants were very helpful and informed me of all necessary information I would need to understand the upcoming cataract surgery. I feel very comfortable and confident having Dr White as my surgeon. Since my visit, I have found other friends who have had Dr. White as their cataract surgeon also!!

I had not been able to wear contact lenses for years. The Doctors at SkyVision Centers fitted me with monovision contacts. They were patient and very knowledgeable. I now successfully wear my contacts for indoor and outdoor activities. My glasses prescription is the best that I have had.The Technical staff and Opticians at SkyVision were professional and very pleasant.

I had something in my eye that I couldnt get out and needed to see an eye doctor right away. I called Skyvision, though I had never been there before, they got me in the same day. The wait in the waiting room was short. The doctor look at my eye and was able to remove the foreign object. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.I highly recommend Skyvision.
