For years and years I have seen the father, Dominic. He is very smart. Now his kids have taken over the practice. First of all, like the previous review I waited over an hour. His daughter prescribed meds, she would call in after the day was over. I went to the pharmacy to get the meds and she never called them in. I called the after hours number, they told me to have the pharmacy call. The pharmacy called and they said we cant help. I called the office after hours number and they denied they said that and told the pharmacy to call again. Long story short, takes her 24 hours to call in meds. Whats wrong with an oldfashioned prescription slip on a paper that I leave with. The office is very dysfunctional. There are no medical assistants. The two girls up front are too busy texting their friends to give a rip. The office is not clean. On top of it, they do this start up thing at thee different offices, no one had my chart. They had no history on me. DIGITAL would be good...Now my pharmacy wont cover the meds. They have taken 3 days and still not called me with an appropriate substitute. THEY HAVE NO FOLLOW UP SKILLS. I do, however, think his daughter could be smart. But one will never know because the supporting staff is terrible and the office is NOT clean or sterile. Be careful!

Doctor Tam is a very intelligent and very knowledgeable man. Hes also a very kind and caring Doctor. I dont mind waiting a little extra time when Im thinking hes talking to a patient, explaining things and answering questions. He did it for me. I dont believe this man went to medical schooling because he planned to become rich. I believe it was because thats all he ever thought about. Becoming a doctor and helping people. Dont Have your mind made up about a doctor because you had to waid af few extra minutes. Dr. Tam will take good care of you.

Awful awful place. My appointment was with Christine Tam at 11:30. I got there early to fill out paperwork, walked in, signed the clipboard and waited until 12:00 before getting up to walk out. Nobody came to greet me, give me paperwork, nothing.

My daughter and I have both been treated by Dr. Dominic Tam. He was professional and had a wonderful bedside manner on every occasion we have seen him. I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room, either which is a HUGE PLUS for me!

Dr Tam is a caring doctor. His wait time is long yes.. but hes wonderful.
