DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is probably the worst integrative practice in Orlando. Not only are they completely unethical in the way they treat their patients but they are completely unorganized and scatterbrained. They do not care at all about their patients. I started going to them about three years ago to deal with my hormonal and sleep issues I have been dealing with. I was very pleased at first until she started prescribing me prescription sleeping medications, which I was VERY clear that I did NOT want to start taking. The whole reason I started going to them was to AVOID having to take that type of medication. I was bullied for not taking the medications and also shamed for seeing other doctors outside of their practice. After working out my health issues on my own and finding out most of them were OBGYN related issues (endometriosis), I eventually started sleeping again and was well for about a year until finding out I need to have a partial hysterectomy. I recently made an appointment to try to go back and see her for routine bloodwork and to check up on my non-OBGYN related health, as I dont see any other doctors except for an OBGYN, and when I called they told me they terminated me from their practice (no notice was ever sent to me). When I asked why they said because I went and saw Dr. Kalidas (which I actually didnt, I saw his OBGYN), also because I didnt fill prescriptions that were prescribed to me (I refuse to take sleeping medications) and because I havent been in, in over a year. There was nothing stating that I needed to come in every year in order to be a member of their practice, I was never told this at any point and time nor was it in any of the paperwork they made me fill out. It was not in anything I signed and no letter was ever sent to me. Instead of offering to see me as a new patient again and start the process over they kept bringing up the fact that I went and saw another doctor (Dr. Thomas Moraczewski at Kalidas office) and that because of that they “assumed I was no longer needing their treatment” which was told to me in a condescending way. I was also told over the phone I should have went to them for my annual pap smears instead of my OBGYN. Which is very disturbing considering they do not specialize in uterus related issues that require surgery (they are not doctors or surgeons) and I have had the same OBGYN for almost 7 years. The whole thing is nuts! They are absolutely out of their minds if they think they can bully people into not seeing other doctors and threatening their services to them if they do. They should be clear up front with people that they have to come in, even if theyre not sick or in need of their services, or they will be immediately terminated and they should take ownership of their lack of organization and dysfunctional administration process instead of blaming the patients. None of that information was ever told to me. They selectively terminated me because I received treatment from a specialist and did not even know I had to come back in at least once a year, in order to remain a patient. They are incredibly unethical in how they treat people. They do not care about me, you or anyone else. They care about money and thats about it. There are so many better options in Orlando than these people. I really liked the bedside manner of the nurse practitioner at first but after seeing how nasty she could be when you dont follow her protocol (sleeping pills) and when you need other speciality treatment that you dont go to her for, I am so happy to never be a patient again. I strongly urge you to avoid this practice like the plague and find an integrative practitioner that actually cares for their patients and has an organized practice. Someone who is upfront about their office policies and is okay with you seeking other medical treatment (it’s your body and you have that right). Someone who will not bully you into taking sleeping pills because they cant figure out whats going on and a practice that is run like a practice, not a circus side show.

When I started going to Frandzie I was a mess. I was so drained all the time. Mentally and physically. I would sleep on my days off from the time I dropped the kids at school til they had to be picked up. I was so moody and miserable all the time. She basically took me apart and put me back together again. I have energy I feel great. I love that if there is a natural way to treat you she will chose that over a prescription. I also been suffering from psoriasis for many years. It was so bad that I would literally rip my skin off my leg in my sleep. Instead of prescribing me one of those awful medicines that you see on tv. The ones that will help you but cause you 200 other problems. She told me to be patient. Sure enough one of the tests showed my body had no testosterone in it. Among other horomones. She gave me natural supplements. My psoriasis is pretty much gone. She will do whatever she has to do to find the root of the problem. She wont mask your problems. And she sure wont stop until you are better. I wouldnt trust anyone else to treat me. She is the best. Everyone in that office is the best. I never feel like I am in a Drs office. I always feel like I am visiting friends.

This is one of the best functional medicine practices in Central Florida. Very knowledgable and constantly pursuing continued education to stay up to date with current research and information. They truly care about their patients and family. When there is need for a referral to a specialist they are more than happy to refer you to the best specialist for your condition and they will work hand in hand with them to help their patients get the best outcome possible. Their entire staff has a great heart! they will go above and beyond to care for you. I have moved my entire family to be seen here and we are truly blessed to be treated here. I recommend anyone that can is seen here to be compliant with the recommendations they give you, and if you dont agree just openly discuss it because they will work with you to find the best option for you. I am proud to say I am a patient here and I know we are in great hands! No office is perfect but this office works hard every day to be the best they can be for their patients.

I have been a patient at vanguard roughly since 2015 and to say the least I wish I found them sooner. They have qualities other physician offices lack. The fact that they are not only willing to help their patients in any way they can, they also go above and beyond in anything having to do with your medical care. They actually take the time to listen to your problems and dont just brush you off like youre a crazy person. So much so that I brought both my dad and sister to become patients there. One aspect of vanguard medical center others fail to see is that they dont want to just push any medication on you, they want to find the source of your problem and not just cover up the symptoms. So that you get to have a healthier life with balance and In my opinion vanguard brings that side of medicine to clermont that it so desperately needed.
