The staff was very rude. I left without even seeing the doctor. The receptionist was rude when she saw that I did not provide my social security number, which is not legally required in medical offices, nor filled out the last two forms since I had not received the disclosure notice nor deemed the other form relevant. I would not go again to this office unless there is a different receptionist. I have not opinion of the Dr. since I did not even see him, but I am of the opinion that the whole staff contributes to the experience. I only gave one star because I had to give something to post it.
