Bueno el lugar no es del todo malo lo que sucede es que el personal de trabajo en su totalidad es de habla hispana y lamentable lo que hacen es hablar de su VIDA PERSONAL es una falta DE RESPETO al cliente que mientras te atienden hablen con otros empleados a distancia de sus cosas personales... no tienen politicas ni procedimientos a la hora que entregas record medicos que traes de otros medicos. Es sumamente ridiculo que tu como pacientes tomes el tiempo para entregar record medicos y ellos ni los leen y digo esto por que soy paciente de muchas condiciones cronicas y una de ellas es cancer en remicion. Mi medico me ordeno un ultrasonido de tejido y el tecnico que lo realizo no duro ni 2 minutos y me dijo ya Y DESPUES A ESPERAR 2 SEMANAS POR UN RESULTADO. tuve que llorar al frente del medico POR LA IMPOTENCIA ya que sentia que no estaba recibiendo la atencion adecuada. AL SIGUIENTE DIA REGRESE A LA CLINICA Y CUANDO SOLICITE QUE SE ME DEVOLVIERA EL RECORD DE MI PAPA NO LO HABIAN DIGITALIZADO TODAVIA. DECIDO ESPERAR A LO QUE LO HACEN Y ES INDIGNATE EL BOCHINCE QUE TENIAN y cuando le reclamo el mal manejo de los documentos SALE LA SUPERVISORA DE LAS BOCHINCERAS A DECIR QUE FUI YO LA PACIENTE QUE LE ESTABA LLORANDO AL DOCTOR POR MEDICAMENTOS. ES UNA FALTA DE RESPETO..... ESO QUIERE DECIR QUE TODOS BOCHINCHAN DE SUS PACIENTES Y NADA ES PRIVADO EN LA CONSULTA CON TU DOCTOR.... QUE HORROR.

This the absolute worse doctors practice I have been to. Here are a few of the highlights: 1) if you are unlucky enough to have an appointment for anything but the first thing in the morning...you will be seen 1-3 hours AFTER your appointment as you sit in the lobby wondering if somehow youve wonder into a free clinic. 2). If you make the mistake of not calling the very first thing in the morning if you need something (i.e. Make an appointment, change an appointment, confirm an appointment, etc...) you wont get anyone to answer the phone. Instead you will get a voicemail system that promises a call back in 24 hours! Oh, and you actually never get a call back (still waiting after two weeks). 3) they have an online portal...however to register you have to go into the office for them to print out credentials to give to you, 4) I saw one doctor today that just happen to mention to me in passing...on, your lab test in Feb showed a little protein in your urine. I then said: when the other doctor reviewed it with me she said everything Beas fine. She said: oh, she didnt review it with you. I said: no. And she simply said: "oh, Dr. Guitiarez" (scoldingly). What the actual f$&k! I wouldnt take my dog here. Its time for my family and I to find another practice because even though this practice bus close to us...you can probably Ngo see a doctor in Tampa in the time it will take them to see you.

To be fair, the doctors here are fine. A little bit cynical at worst, the staff is friendly. But the wait time is ridiculous. Everytime of day too, my father goes to the same clinic and his appointment was at 8 and this place was not even open then. I had an appointment the same day at 4:30 and was not seen until 5:30. I saw the doctor for 12 minutes. Not sure if the doctors seem cynical because I am young, and they think I am stupid or if that is just the way they are. Anyways, would not recommend. Need to step figure out themselves, because they are losing a client.

No recomiendo este lugar, El Dr Martinez no tiene tacto con los pacientes. Llevo esperando 3 semanas para un referido. Estoy en el proceso de cambiar de oficina medica. Aunque hable con la manager tampoco resuelve. I do not recomend this place.

Worse experience ever. Please do not go there, The receptionist staff has very few knowledge on whats going on i felt rush by the doctor and receptionist. The clinic does not do std testing in their facility they will refer you to quest diagnostics and that facility closes early around 3.pm when you come back for your follow up appointment you have to pay another co-pay which makes no sense if your results come out negative. So youre pretty much wasting money. Worse experience ever not a friendly environment to be seen

The doctor is the best but the writing time is crazy !!!! Los doctor son muy buenos le falta organización o doctores porque no es posible pasar medio día para poder pedir medicina que asta un enfermero te puede dar la receta

If you dont take the first appointment early in the morning be ready to wait more than one hour and a half in the waiting room. The Dra and the staff iare good and friendly but I dont understand what happened with the time. Always is the same. It is very frustrating to wait if you have an appointment. My recommendation is If you cant follow a schedule dont do appointments. Tks

Second time here and theyre over an hour late on my appointment, they move me to a room and Im still waiting. It seems very disrespectful for me and my time, whats the point of making an appointment if Im going to lose so much time

Waiting for long time always, they moved people for one room to another to give you the impression you are going to be attended soon. Ill check for a different facility!
