A few months ago I went to see doctor Israel Cajigas to see if he could refer me to a psychiatrist so I can have someone to talk to about my mental disorder that I was diagnosed with when i was eight years old. Cajigas quickly referred me to a doctor Shah for help. When I went to see doctor Shah I was currently taking 50mg of zoloft a day to help with my anxiety, which I felt like was really helping me cope with my crippling anxiety that I was struggling with for as long as I could possibly remember. After 15 minutes of talking to Shah on the very first visit, Shah told me that he doesnt believe that I have the said mental illness but instead I am suffering from extreme anxiety. This left me reeling because I thought how could he possibly make this assessment after ONLY asking me how much I weigh, my height, and how long I have been on zoloft. He NEVER not once asked me when I was diagnosed or who that doctor was. He then INSISTED that I change my medication immediately to 100mg of prozac claiming that it would be better for me. I left the meeting disturbed and very disappointed because to be honest I didnt go to Shah for meds, but just someone to talk to so I can cope with my illness that makes my life very difficult on a daily basis. A month later i got to see Cajigas again and when I told him what happened and how I felt about it he got angry with me and told me that hes friends with Shah and that he knows what hes doing and I should just listen to what he said because "he is the one with the medical degree". He then told me that he cannot and will not help treat me because thats not what he does and didnt even offer to refer me to someone else. Never in my life has a doctor told me that my mental illness is part of my imagination and just refused to help me, especially when I was clearly crying out for help. I will never give this practice or the doctors that "work" for this practice the time of day ever again. I am absolutely devastated and it makes me feel like I should just deal with this on my own, untreated rather than roll the dice and hope to get a doctor that actually gives a damn about his/her patients. One star all the way.

The docs in this practice are great, kind, caring and spend time with you on your visits. They are getting one star because of their office staff. They are rude, condescending and difficult to work with. They used to be closed for close to 2 hours on fridays for lunch. Now they are closed every single day for 2 hours for lunch. Today I was told to take my sick kid to the ER, because I couldnt bring her directly in at that moment for an appointment. I said I could be there within the next hour or 90 min as I work, but that did not suffice. I found the woman to be rude. It would have been one thing, if she was apologetic and said "sorry we are completely booked for the day" but she did not. I am tired of your office staff Dr. Domdera and Sabin. I would be a patient forever it wasnt for them. I will take my family of 5 elsewhere.

I am honestly shocked by some of these reviews. I have been a patient for years and I have never had any issues. It’s easy to get an appointment and to have a prescription refilled, they have normal hours, policy and procedures in place and as long as you abide by them (like any other doctor’s office), there aren’t any issues. Dr. DomDera is my physician and I think he is a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly easy to talk to, he listens to me before he comes up with a care plan to ensure that it works for me. I also think his staff is wonderful, the person at the front desk is always sweet and checking out is easy too.

This place is horrible, it took over a month to get my first appointment, which I thought was normal at the time -for who knows what reason. They wanted to refer me out to specialists for every single medical issue I had rather than treat me for them -or offer any level of care if I didnt want to see a specialist. They also claim to have a "no controlled substances" policy. So basically, if you have any sort of serious or chronic medical condition, this place cannot treat you -or will refuse to. Honestly, every aspect of my experience with this practice was demeaning, frustrating, and wasteful.

The doctors are pretty good, but the office and business practices are terrible! They routinely are unavailable until 30 plus minutes after open, they close completely for lunch for at least an hour, usually more like 90 minutes. And when I went to drop off something today, they had a sign up saying they are closed from 10:30am to 1 pm on Fridays. That means they are open from 8am to 10:30am and from 1 pm to 4 pm on Fridays. All told with 90 minute lunches they are only open a little over 36 hours a week. Something needs done here or I will be going somewhere else.

Impossible to get ahold of this place! After 5 attempts to call and schedule an appointment I was unable to do so. Called shortly after 7 am and was told by answering service the office does not open until 8 am. Ok, no problem. Several attempts between 8 and 8:30 am - automated phone system was going on a loop to no-where... Friday hours listed on website are incorrect - you may wish to update.

Dr.Domdera has been my doc for many years ,he give good care. His staff on the other hand are horrible, not so much nurses and PA, but the office staff really leaves a lot to be desired in compassion and efficiency. I realize from discussing the problem with friends that a lot of doc staffs could give a crap about patients, but this bunch really suck.

I am giving one star because I cant give zero. The billing department is incompetent. I received collections notices and was never invoiced. I receive arrogant phone calls from their billing staff, return calls and never receive anything. Get your act straight. I have recommended this facility to friends and family but WILL NOT go back.

Always get in quickly to see a doctor and the staff is always curteous and caring. Im so glad I found this practice - my whole family has been going here for over 15 years and never had a problem. Dr. DomDera is the most thorough caring physician I have ever had.

On my first visit with Dr. Dom Dera, he gave me almost an hour of his time going over my concerns and questions. Not once did I feel rushed or not listened to. I will recommend him to all of my family and friends.

They clearly dont care about their patients. You cant get them to answer a request to save your life Ive been trying to refill a pill for a week and no one will help me. Ridiculous treatment of patients.

I have been going there to see Dr. Kelli Sabin for years. While all the doctors are great I give a huge shout out to Dr. Kelli Sabin for keeping me alive all these years!
