Love doctor Fernandez, good doctor, compassionate and knows what he is doing in every way possible, but is a shame his staff sometimes does not help him the way he deserves. I have been with Fernandez for at least 10 years, maybe more. but it is really disapointing when you have an 11:40 am appointment and you are sick as a dog waiting and realize that the person the is going to take care of you, is eating and taking her time in this case the PA and is almost 1:00 pm. At least have the courtesy to tell the patients that is going to take sometime. do not put them in a room for an hour and a half, like you do not care. I do not believe that you are that busy to at least communicate with the patient. You need a little more organization,

I love that they are holistic and believe in proper dieting and supplements. The staff is laid back and a very slow. They seem a bit forgetful. Which I really dont like. Personally, I adore Amy the P.A. She is amazing! I highly recommend her.
