The medical treatment was very good. I didn’t see the doctor, but the woman who handled my case (PA, NP???) was very thorough in getting an understanding of my symptoms and medical history. She explained her treatment recommendation in detail and provided options. I felt comfortable that I was on a good treatment regimen as I departed. Unfortunately, the waiting room experience was worse than poor. I was a walk in and was told by the receptionist when I signed in that there were 3 people ahead of me plus those already in treatment rooms. What she failed to mention was there were several appointments scheduled, and when those patients arrived I would be moved to the end of the queue. After more than 2.5 hours of waiting, I was finally taken back for treatment. Two other problems with the waiting room: there was a dog roaming around which was totally unprofessional—I think it actually belonged to one of the office staff, who should have known better! Further, there was no restriction on cell phone use. And as expected, the inconsiderate people were there with phones ringing with constant insane conversation for the entire waiting room to enjoy! Not a good situation for the several patients there who would have rathered suffered in silence. If I were to go back, I would (1) call ahead for an appointment; and (2) wait in my car in the parking lot until that time when the waiting room is brought up to acceptable standards.

Today, My dad had an appointment with Dr. Jose Lopez Gutierrez at Millennium Physician Group. We were waiting for 3 hours to only be seen for 15 minutes. First of all, he was rude. We were waiting for him to find out about my dads results that he couldnt find on his system and left in the middle of me speaking because he was hungry and was ready for his lunch - left like nothing. What kind of doctor does that? I had so much questions and the worst part, he didnt even read my dad results? what is that. I ask the receptionist if she could read them to us but of course, only the doctor can. We are very upset about this.

I have worked with many Drs. but none quite like Dr. Lopez-Gutierrez. Hes on of the most caring and compassionate Drs. Ive ever had the opportunity to work with. He is always so helpful and takes his time with me unlike many other Drs. who rush through the appointment just to get to the next one. I am so happy I found Dr. Jose. Dr. Lopez-Gutierrez is a great Dr, if you are looking for an in and out service go to some drive true clinic. The reason his visits are longer than a usual Dr is because he really cares about finding whats wrong with the patient not just guessing and prescribing whatever is not going to heal you. I had seen Dr Lopez-Gutierrez for over 5 years and he always takes the time to find the right reason for my visit. Great physician

I walked in with a major Crohns disease flare up, and for anyone whos familiar with this, its an awful thing to have. Dr. Lopez-Guiterrez was extremely professional took the time to listen to me, and was so nice. His staff was also very personable and friendly and made me feel better just walking in the door. Both my husband and I were treated by Dr. Gutierrez today as walk-in patients. The doctor was very professional, was not rushed, He was thorough and thoughtful. The entire staff was friendly and caring and the office neat and up-to-date. We were so impressed and so appreciative that he could see us and would highly recommend him.

My son needed medical help STAT and we walked in and was seen very quickly.The girls in the front were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lopez is a excellent doctor, who actually took his time to explain to my son and I his medical condition.Very funny too! Highly recommend to everyone!

Walking in at 8:00am, you would think you would be in amd out. Took the nurse and doctors over 2 hours to see me and get me out with a simple prescription. ER would have been faster.
