Dr. Black is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She has ZERO bedside manner and she does not care about her patients. All she cares about is the insurance money. I waited an hour and 15 mins before she even came into the room. Then she seemed to want to rush me out. I came in for a UTI and then I asked her to refill my prescriptions. She said "didnt we squeeze you in today? Thats not what you came for and I really dont have time." I informed her that she would be billing my insurance company who would be billing me for the visit regardless and I needed refills on my prescriptions. She hesitantly refilled them. How nice! I asked her when the culture would be back. Her response was " I dont know." Ummm, what?!?! I said, "2 days, 2 weeks?" She then replied "a couple days" This doctor basically has an attitude with patients. Not what you want when talking to a doctor. It seems to me, she hates her job. Again, not what you want in a doctor. She has no compassion or empathy whatsoever. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Save your time and find someone else who actually cares and is not a jerk.

If you love to wait forever to see a doctor, then this one is for you. After waiting more than an hour and with other patients in front of me I left. My time is valuable and she showed no respect for me or my time. Staff member says this is normal for her.

Dr. Debra Black is always responsive and compassionate takes time to recommend Doctors not only for your specific concern but also takes in to account the mixing of you personalities. I highly recommend her.
