Best internal medicine doctor I have ever encountered - and there have been quite a few - over my fathers 78 years. We sought out a new PCM in Winter Haven since my father is spending more time there these days. Dr. Shah spent a great deal of time going over my fathers medical history and records we brought from Pittsburgh. He was very thorough, listened intently, asked pertinent questions, and gave us plenty of time to discuss our concerns without rushing us through to get to the next patient. We did not mind at all meeting his PA and found him also very diligent and personable. Every appointment we have had has been the same. Dr. Shah is genuinely concerned with my fathers well being and good health and that is reflected in his demeanor. When he orders tests, he explains why he believes them necessary and always explains the results; we never have to wonder. He is a wonderful doctor and we feel quite blessed to have the opportunity to have him manage my fathers care.

DC Ashish is a respectful doctor but when you scheduled to see him he would rather have his nurse practicionner to see you instead of him if you have a condition thats not getting better. His front desks persons are well courteous but not the all the nurses. Some of them are unconcerned et very rude. I actually have one hung up on me because first she was listening to my problems and got mad cause I was asking her about her who was she cause she started talking to me without even presented herself to me.

The best doctor ever and the internist for my entire family- one of my family members was extremely sick and Dr. Shah went out of his way to call from his own vacation to check on him, which meant a lot to us.

Great doctor, friendly atmosphere. A bit dusty and dirty, maybe the business should look into another cleaning company. Dont use Holmes.
