My puppy experienced extreme head trauma when she was about 9-10 weeks old. I thought she was dying in my arms. I rushed her to Family Pet hospital (which was right down from my house), they were able to stabilize her but she could not be left alone or un-monitored. Since they were closing they sent me to Tiny Town with her to keep an eye on the IV drip and her vitals. We were unsure if she would last through the day. The staff at tiny town were extremely compassionate, helpful, and encouraging. They did everything in their power to help my little baby. They went above and beyond for me and my pup and they never charged me or gave me any tests or medications without running the price by me and discussing all options. Over the next few days they were available for me to call to ask any questions about her condition and they monitored her again the next Monday and gave her more fluids. Since then my dog has made a full recovery and every time I am in there with one of my other dogs they ask about her and cant wait to see her again. Also have a Husky mix who has been having a lot of hip pain, and he also has some anxiety. The doctor talked with me about all the options with him being relatively young (about 6years old) to be having these problems. She was careful not to spook him since he is very nervous and reactive and eventually she was able to win his trust and he allowed her to examine his hips some without putting him to sleep. She gave me anxiety and pain medication for him which has been very helpful and suggested he lose weight and start on a joint supplement. She never told me which food or supplement I HAD to use or anything and she never tried to force me into a decision. He has made a lot of progress. He is much happier and more playful, he is limping less and less anxious and he has lost about 10lbs. I see all these people saying they nickle and dime you but if you tell them no, I am not in the market to spend that much money right now, they will accept that and let you decided when to spend money and on what and give you an opinion on what they think is most important. I had options to do xrays on my husky and put him to sleep for an extensive hip exam and I could have spent about 300 on all that but they said those are OPTIONS, not that they had to be done. So we tried the other things first instead and they worked! So it is a win for everyone. Later on in his life I may have to spend that money on xrays or whatever but for now he is happier and healthier and they were more than happy to help my dog without charging me a ton of money. They have made a personal connection with me and my dogs and I believe they would do anything in there power to help my pets and accommodate my financial situation. I know people have bad experiences and I am not discrediting that, but if you dont say I cant afford that is there another way, how will they know? It may not be there first choice of care, but if it is a step in the right direction they will be happy and you will be too so dont let charges scare you off from this place. The Dr. we see is Dr. Macintire and she has always been great and the staff is always happy and eager to help. I would highly recommend her and the staff. I have also seen Dr. Brooks for a small emergency and she was also very helpful and caring.

Ive taken my dogs to this clinic for years. Ive always been treated very fairly, and the wait times are reasonable. They do offer a bunch of services that cost, that is true. They tell you UP FRONT before they perform the services. They have never been pushy, they just tell you about the extra tests they offer, advise you of the price, and let you, the customer make the call. There have been times where Ive ordered the extra tests, and there have been times where Ive simply wanted only the required shots. They treated me the same both times. Ive never had a reason to doubt their competence, as they are human, and sometimes dont get it right the first time. I figure thats why they call a "practice". The wait times sometimes get long, but I look at it this way, if my dog needs an extra ten minutes of exam time, I expect the extra 10 minutes, therefore if the person in front of me needs the extra time, I expect them to get it as well. My dog is now 14 years old, he made it this far with them, and they have definitely contributed to his long life.

I have just switched to this clinic and I was in love from the minute I walked in to make the appointment even. Its a wonderful environment with a fantastic staff and great vets! My dog was in heaven here and so relaxed. They talked to him and made him feel very comfortable and he didnt even seem to notice his vaccines because of that. He was happy which made me happy too. I know that vets are expensive and I dont expect less here. I will say that Banfield is a rip off but I dont feel that this clinic is. They talked to me about all my heart worm options, explained pros and cons of each and I decided what I thought was best for my dog. He is one of my children and I go with what has proven to be best, whatever the cost. they were not pushy in any way. They explained any and all options and were happy with whatever I chose and left it at that. I was so impressed and will definitely be making this my permanent vet.

I went to this vet for an issue with my new baby kitten. He was a little young to really need the vet yet, but was dragging his back legs. I had all four of my kids (all under age of 7) and a sick 8 week old kitten. I wasnt really prepareing myself for the worst when it came to our visit because of the kids. The girls at the clinic were really sweet. Well, long story short, we had to put him down.. cost a little more than I was thinking something like that cost, especially since he was so tiny and young.. but paid it anyway. Didnt think twice about the experience, probably because it was under bad conditions.. But today I got a card in the mail, it was a sympathy card, signed by the whole staff and head man.. I couldnt hold back my tears. Ive never had a vet office go through that much trouble to send a sympathy card or anything before. It was nice to know they did stuff like that.

I had a sick 5 year Kind Charles Spaniel Friday night but did not like the vet we have been using so I asked a friend who they used and my friend recommended Tiny Town Animal Clinic. I loved them from the moment I called to make the appointment. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone and got us in that day (a Saturday). I told them up front that I had a very tight budget and they were very respectful of that... even giving me the option to wait on certain tests to see if she responded to medication first. We left less than an hour later with medication in hand and an estimate for yearly vaccinations which was comparable to any other price in town. Some people are ok with putting wallet over customer service but I am not. I want my vet and everyone there to make me feel like they love my pets as much as I do. Luckily at this business you do no have to choose.
