Do not go here! This place is as shady as it gets. I brought my dog here after the poor thing had diarrhea for a little over 24 hours. We saw Dr. Work, who barely looked at her and was able to determine that she needed blood work within 2 minutes of man handling her. He also suggested X-rays and even perhaps an ultra sound. Why would anyone jump to all of this expensive, unnecessary testing without even taking the time to truly asses my petite pal? I opted to treat her with an anti diarrhea shot, and followed his suggestion to get her anal glands expressed. Thats when they took her in a back room and who knows what went on. When they gave her back to me, she was traumatized and hunched over. Somehow my poor baby was worse after seeing Dr Work. After 24 hours of waiting for her to get better, I decided to take her to a more competent clinic. They found that Dr Work had cut her skin when clipping her butt. Also I should mention that Dr Work made an unprompted phone call after hours and suggested she had a slipped disc and thats why she was hunched. This guy is a creep and a liar. He wants you to spend $ and put your dog through unnecessary tests. He does not have your pets best interest.

The prices may be a bit higher than most, but its actually cheaper in the long run when they correctly diagnose you pets problems the first time around!!! I went here for a second opinion on my first dog who kept chewing off her fur around one of her legs. The first vet kept insisting it was allergies and kept trying medication after medication after medication and the only outcome was that my wallet was much...MUCH lighter. We went to the Greenfield Veterinary Clinic where they diagnosed my dog with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (no idea dogs even had that). My dog was on a psych medication and we noticed a difference almost immediately! She stopped chewing the fur and within a few weeks all of her fur came back and we were able to take her off the meds...No problems since! The place is also great about getting you in same day. As long as you call early enough and you dont mind which doctor you see, you can usually get in there same day!!!

The vet we saw here was nice- the staff is really nice too. However, we received numerous post cards in the mail advising us to bring one of our dogs in for required shots. I called to confirm that the youngest did in fact require shots - and scheduled an appointment. I take the youngest in and check in... confirm again why we are visiting that day- go in and see the vet who informs me that the youngest in NOT due for shots. The youngest wasnt due for shots until AUGUST. This occurred in November... I told the vet that the only reason we came in was because the youngest was "due for shots"... they charged me $50 for bringing the dog in... which I think is ridiculous. I understand it isnt a large sum of money to most but its the principle- their mistake, their incompetence, extremely disappointing.

One star is being nice. I tried them out because they had a Groupon and we have a new puppy. I brought her in for a general health exam. The vet didnt smile or introduce herself to me or my dog. I mentioned that she had been chewing on her privates Dr. Sarah did a 30 second exam didnt even look at her belly. Our new puppy is also deaf so I had questions about the BAER test, she didnt seem to know what I was talking about or where she could refer me. I took her to a new vet today who did a thorough exam, gave me tips regarding her deafness and gave her antibiotics for her UTI/crystals. That being said, the front office staff/technicians were really sweet. We wont be back.

Ive had my dog Peanut for 9 years ever since he was a puppy. He died July 25th and we just now picked up his ashes on August 5th, Today. We were supposed to be picking up the imprint of his paw print which we did pay for. But the lady never marked on the slip that it needed to be made. Now we are without his Paw print which I was gonna keep with his ashes. I am very upset with this clinic. And the employees need to get their act together and focus instead of fooling around when it comes to this part of their job. Never again will the Greenfield Veterinary Clinic get my business.

Love this clinic. Have been going here for 16 years now. They have treated all my animals, i.e. German shepard, poodle, cats, guneau pig, turtle, you name it. My cat is extremely nervous and Dr. Wood even helped with meds for her anxiety. Prices are comparable with type of SERVICE you receive and I do not think they are unreasonable at all. I tried having my new kitties nails trimmed at a new clinic in Oak Creek because they were 2.00 less and closer, but they were extremely rude and took 3x longer. NOT worth it! Im willing to pay the extra 2.00 to go back where we belong.

The disgraceful employees in this office are holding my dogs records and will not give them to me or my new vet. This makes it so I cant update his vaccinations and puts him in immediate danger. How could a vet office put an innocent animals life (that they helped care for!) in jeopardy is beyond me. I am at a loss for how unprofessional, unethical, and uncaring this entire office is when it comes to anything - besides them making money off of your animal. Go anywhere else but here if you want your animal to be safe, healthy, and secure.

I took my kitten there because they were close and the prices for a spay and declaw was reasonable. She just had her routine check up but everyone there was so friendly. I was really pleased that the ladies in the front were very knowledgeable as well. I never felt rushed or pushed to do/buy anything I did not want. I am very glad I choose to go there and will continue to take my pets there as long as I am living in the Milwaukee area.

Dr. Taylor has treated our animals for over 15 years, including helping us extend the life of and manage the end of life care for our 20 year old cat. He is incredibly kind, gentle, caring, understanding, and compassionate. He listens to my ideas, educates me on the various issues and options, and collaborates with me on the best course of treatment. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

We were traveling through the area and our Bernese Mountain dog had a lesion on his chin area. Called Greenfield clinic and they got us in within 2 hours. Dr Taylor did the exam and then checked by needle biopsy to ensure was not cancer. Thankfully just a Benign histiocytoma. We were treated so well and Dr Taylor was kind and very through I would highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. Thanks Greenfield Veterinary Clinic!

Dr. Work is a very good veterinarian. Also, the staff l9ve all the animals and one thing that makes me really happy it how most of the time they recognize the pets more then the people! They are very personable people, decent prices (even though you cant put a dollar amount on a 4 legged family member) and they are well informed on the best care your pet can have!
