I took my son in to have his arm checked for a possible fracture. The doctor briefly checked him then sent us on our way for an x-ray; not advising on reducing activity, avoiding certain movements, etc. After the x-ray they didnt advise on when the results would be ready. I had to ask the front desk in which she said it could take up to 24hrs for me to be notified with the results. 24hrs later I didnt get a call so I called in. I spoke to someone who told me the results were in, they just have to have the doctor sign off and call me. Several hours later still no call. I call back and was told the same, that the results were in but now I was told the doctor my son saw was a "fill in" so they will have a different doctor call but at this point the facility was closed. I now have to wait until the following day just for results! Very frustrating, especially with the lack of advice as to what my son should or shouldnt be doing with his arm in the meantime.

"WOW", I had not been back to the Motion Picture Toluca Lake Health Care Center for a couple of years and what a difference since UCLA took over, everyone was super friendly and efficient, the offices were actually cleaner and looked more professional then before, I saw Dr. Terribilini who actually listened to my concerns and spent longer in consultation making useful recommendations then had any other physician in all of the previous visits to this clinic, highly recommended and glad to see the changes, keep it up.

I have always had great experiences with this facility, from the front desk, to the assistants, to the physicians. I feel so lucky to have this coverage. I like the super professionalism that came with UCLA. They smoothed out a few of the rough edges. I feel that I am listened to and that my health is taken seriously.

The women at the front desk can have a bit of an attitude if you come up to the desk without them having called you first so be warned. Theres also no such thing as early at this clinic. Come on time! If you arrive early youll still be received either at the time of your appt. or later. It makes no difference.
