Horrible customer service. They need to train people to answer the phone better, the lady mumbles and I had to ask her to repeat herself after every sentence. I was told my lab results would be ready the next day and it was a week before I called and asked about them. They had no idea where they were. They were supposed to schedule me an MRI and they never did. I had to call back a week later and ask about it, I told her I would do it myself and not to bother. However, the doctor was very smart and very kind. But he had to Google my condition and then read, verbatim from WebMD, what I had, then he took a screenshot and printed it off for me. Then he prescribed me an ointment that no pharmacy has. I wish that I had gone anywhere else.

The staff is very rude, she answers the phone mumbling, you cant understand what she is trying to say, once you arrive the wait is FOREVER!!! I have never been treated in such a way, the wait time is long in the waiting room and once you get to the back, the dr walks in asks whats wrong, walks out 5 mins later he is back with a script, doesnt tell you what he thinks your diagnosis is or anything, communication is horrible, with his clerk/med assistant he will soon see a decrease in patients, I have voiced my concern with him several times on the rudeness of the clerk, nothing has changed, so I will change it for him and take my insurance else where.

I think that i need another doctor because everything I tell them like it go in one ear and out the other. So i do believe I need to find me another doctor.l been telling him about some problems for some time and nothing got done. My problem done got worse and I feel like they dont care. I have asked for other appointments for them too make for me to see what my problem is no appointments. Its to many things going on with my body to keep waiting on him.

The receptionist are very rude and need a class on office/customer service etiquette. I support black businesses but I wouldnt recommend this ghetto location to anyone. Doctor is great but, that is if you can make it to see him before the rudeness drives you away...

This staff is very rude. Talked down to me because of my insurance and was no help. Wont be making appointment here. I agree with Alicia - the girl on the phone is just mean and doesnt have customer service skills.
