I was very upset with this office. Ive been there a total of 3 times. Each time I was there at least 2 hours before being seen! The doctor had good bedside manners, but she lacked the knowledge for what I was seeing her for. She wrote a script for only 2 weeks, which I explained that I pay the same price out of pocket for 14 as I would 30. This script was a daily long term medication, not an as needed thing, so I was upset with that. Then my next appointment that was needed to renew this med, their policy is that a patient cant be seen if they have a balance after last visit. I got paid the very next day, offered to call in payment 1st thing in the morning. They wouldnt see me. It was an understandable policy, however I explained to them that I was unable to reschedule my appointment the following day (Friday), my husband had to take off from work to watch my 3 kids, & its very difficult for me to even take time for my own doctors appointments. I asked why didnt they call to inform me of this prior to me coming in, "we just now got your insurance payment, so we didnt know you actually owed anything before now". They wouldnt keep my appointment for a mere $38! Needless to say, Im very annoyed & WILL NOT RETURN to that office.

My kids and I have all been seen in this office several times. Every time has been WITH an appointment. Every time I have to wait HOURS. No exaggeration......They always get us to a room fairly quickly and then its almost as though they forgot we were there. It is usually around two hours for Dr. Butler to come in then when she does finally come in she is so breif and quick I feel like I dont have time to ask questions or talk to her about my concerns. It also makes me wonder how its possible to have to wait 2 hours when she is so quick to get me through everytime....she is surely the same with the rest of her patients....so what is she doing the rest of the time while her patients are waiting....HHHMMMMM???? Needless to say, I found another doctor.

I had a fantastic caring meeting with the doctor and received perfect care. Cost was very modest and fitted my restricted budget. Excellent overall
