I have had a cough that wouldnt go away for over a year. I went to Hudson Physicians to see what the problem was. I went to see a doctor to see what was wrong. There didnt appear to be anything wrong. They did an x ray and it came back fine. They gave me an inhaler to help with some wheezing that I had and sent me on my way. I went back 6 weeks later cause things werent getting better. They did an x ray again and once again it came back fine. They gave me a couple different drugs to try to clear things up. Things still didnt seems to get any better so I went back again 2 other times after that. On the second to last visit they gave me a nasal spray to try something different and it seemed to help for a while, but once I got off it things went back to the way they had been. There was no refill for the prescription either(it was just generic Flonase). This last time I went in 3 weeks ago none of the symptoms had changed from the first visit. They had never run a blood panel to see where my blood was, so I asked the doctor if we could do a simple blood panel just to see what it said since I had never had one run. He also wanted me to get a CT scan of my sinuses. So I had both done. I never got anything in the mail about my blood results or even a call about what they said. I did get a call saying that my doctor said I should go see an ENT specialist at the clinic. So we set up an appointment for 2 weeks later. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Half of that was filling out paperwork. I was told that I had polyps in my nose and I just needed to keep taking Flonase all year around so they didnt get bigger and then need surgery to remove. This was an easy fix and nothing else was wrong. I never got a call from any of the doctors or nurses to see if things got better in all of my visits. If I had, I would have said things were better while I was on the nasal spray and then hopefully the doctor would said to keep taking it and then I wouldnt have gone in for all the other test and saved myself A LOT of time and money. I am now getting all the bills for this and its really adding up for something so simple as taking a nasal spray. I got charged for allergy testing on my blood work which was around $400 even with insurance and thats not what I was asking for or told I was having done! I believe that this hospital is only out for the money and they dont really care or listen to what the patient is saying. I am in the process of talking to the hospital about all these bills and charges for doing things that we never would have needed to do if a doctor/nurse would have called and just asked if the prescriptions where helping. I just finished talking with billing at the hospital and explained my frustrations with my whole experience. The lady I dealt with was very nice and listened to my frustrations and looked into everything. She did say they were trying to work on their communication with their patients, which I was glad to hear. She did a great job with keeping me in the loop and I believe that they made things right with me in the end and that did mean a lot to me! Thanks

Well where do I begin. My kids see a pediatric Doctor Who I love to death and my Ob who has been nothing but amazing. But there practice and the guy who runs this place is nothing but a money hungry unethical excuse of a human being. If you dont have insurance even if it is just temporary you have to pay a minimum of $200 each for your children. So my kids never get sick and of all times both seem to be pretty ill so Ill be taking them into the er which in turn will cost twice the money rather than being seen by a physician and then having the insurance back pay it which they would. Instead they turn away two innocent children which by the way Wisconsin is a joke as it is because it isnt even my fault they arent covered but they supposedly sent in mail which oddly enough I never received to keep them updated on insurance that is another topic of debate. I am from Iowa and never once did my children get turned away. Yet this place because of whoever the owner is and he obviously is only concerned about every penny he can pinch in his wallet rather than the care of patients. They turn away children. I am so outraged dissapointed because I love the doctors but to be told who I dont know most lower class or middle class who have four hundred to just whip out to get kids seen is so outrageous. There is not even an option of a payment plan and putting maybe thirty or fourty down. Absolutely disgusting and the owner should be ashamed of himself that in America we still get turned away and to them it makes more sense to go to the Er????? If you want a great doctor yeah Ive had great experiences there but if you are temporarily without insurance dont even think of going because they will accept you but at a hefty price. Shame.

i couldnt make up my experience with this clinic if i tried! these are absolutely the RUDEST most INCOMPETENT people ive ever dealt with in my entire life!! i scheduled an appointment A WEEK in advance - so my records could be faxed to this hudson clinic.i was told by the hudson clinic that they would take the necessary steps to get those records. i signed all needed forms and it was then out of my hands. - AN HOUR before my appointment i was told they NEVER got my records so i was basically screwed due to the clinic not doing their job. even though i told the dr. (thai) that i had proof that they never sent over a request form- she was very rude and told me that "her staff would NEVER mishandle paper work like that!" - like i was a liar even though i had proof that her clinic screwed up. i needed to make an EMERGENCY appointment with my OUT OF STATE clinic to get my prescription refilled. (seriously, it wasnt a tylenol prescription, i have a heart condition.) I CALLED BACK TO LET THEM KNOW I NEEDED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ALREADY CANCELLED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! - like i said i couldnt make this up if i tried!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, IN MY OPINION, AND MY EXPERIENCE, YOURE RISKING YOUR LIFE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE. - that aside, the receptionist and the appointment schedulers are very nice and helpful. - but dont let that fool you. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.

This place just moved that I dont like doctors. I came in for a fall and what I thought might be a broken wrist. They didnt even x-ray it, and told me itd be fine, gave me an ace bandage and sent home. Didnt even give me the option of an x-ray. I felt like he thought I might the kind of patient who comes in for every little scrap and cold. (Im not, thank you very much.) Apparently he wrote in my file that I should come back in a week for an x-ray if it wasnt better, but he didnt tell me. (I would have asked for an x-ray then if he had.) I then had to go back three weeks later, (after I called them and found out about the note), because the wrist wasnt getting better. I still thought it might be broken. They FINALLY x-rayed it, but, guess what? I had to call (four days later) to find out what the results were. They then have the audacity to suggest I should come back in if it wasnt better in a couple weeks. And while Im wearing a splint that they gave me, I dont even have an official diagnosis. Maybe its just me, but itd be nice to tell people why Im wearing a splint something besides, "Something is wrong with my ligaments he thought maybe." All I found this place to be was too large to manage people nicely, uncommunicative and just trying to get as much money as they can from you. When I need a doctor again (hopefully not for a very long time) Im finding some place new.
