Third time here, and third disappointing visit. Only thing that keeps me coming back is the good nurse practitioner, Beth. Never seen the doctor, so cant say anything about him, but the staff are, on the whole, rude, uncaring, and incompetent. Once, I showed up for a scheduled appointment, and they told me it hadnt been put in the system and they would treat me as a walk-in. Currently, I have been waiting 15 min for a scheduled appointment, and they say itll be another hour. I wish I had a better option, but with Medicaid, good care is hard to get. Avoid this place if you have other options. UPDATE: Just more of the same. Received a prescription 5 days ago from ARCare that the pharmacy cant fill without prior authorization. The pharmacy has faxed ARCare 3 times for this, and I have called ARCare 2 times about it. This morning, they arent even answering the phone, even though its within their business hours.

I see Dr. Moore who is only there on Wednesdays. Dr. Moore, Lisa London, Gretchen and Larry are always extremely kind and professional! Dr. Moore and Lisa London literally saved my life! I will never seek another Physician as long as I am here in Central Arkansas!

Dr here prescribed meds to my wife that led to her death, I can barely walk and have not been properly treated for my back pain and because I quit taking hiv meds to prolong my suffering Im without anything for my pain and bedridden because of the Drs
